Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

The residential area is quiet and yet not far from the important points of contact in the city of Friedberg (on foot: 3min to town hall, 7 min to Kaiserstraße, 15 minutes to the train station, 17 minutes to the castle).

All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

Auf 20m² erwartet dich ein liebevoll ausgestatteter Raum mit allem was man so braucht, sep. Bad mit Dusche und WC. Ausserdem hast du deine eigene Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Blick in den Garten. 1-2 Erw., 1 Kind plus evtl. 1 Kleinkind.
