Quiet, individually furnished rooms without TV, with good Wi-Fi. In the seminar room you will find a flipchart, large screen and whiteboard. This is also the common room with a fireplace. The kitchen is at your disposal as well as a breakfast room with access to the sun terrace. Garden use/grill by arrangement. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. There are shared toilets and showers. (Tip: Bring a bathrobe and slippers.) Towels and linens are available.

Enjoy long summer days in the garden on the large sun terrace - surrounded by greenery and a large lavender field. This attracts crowds of butterflies and bumblebees in summer. In the cold season, make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace, in the brand new infrared sauna or by the campfire.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

In the 56 sqm basement apartment is all you need. Bedroom with bathroom, closet for your clothes. Large living-dining room and a separate kitchen. Living room: sofa bed with table, (sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00). In addition, two cribs and a high chair . An inflatable double mattress is available for 6 people. Kitchen: Coffee and bread slice. Various pots, dishes & glasses. Also a washing machine. We own a dog who may also greet you.

Comfortable apartment with shower, toilet and private entrance in Aschaffenburg-West - in calm environment close to the river. The citycentre is about 5min away by car, but can also easily be reached by bus (bus station is 200m from the flat) or by foot (20min along the banks of the river Main). Parking is possible in the yard, in front of the apartment. A supermarket (with some food-to-go options) and a beer garden are nearby.
