An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

This great apartment in the best residential area in Wetzlar offers everything you need for your stay. Quietly located, with private access and balcony, you can relax here or you can be in the city very quickly. It is just a few minutes' drive to Klinikum Wetzlar or Leica-Welt and just 200 meters to the nearest bus stop. We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 900 mtr. Ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie kostenfreies W-Lan sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Für Anreisen nach 21 Uhr steht Ihnen unser Keyboy zu Verfügung. Das Apartment ist mit einer "Junior Suite" in einem Hotel vergleichbar. Privatsphäre ist garantiert.
