Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain eines 3-Parteien-Hauses, am Rande der Innenstadt auf einem großen Gartengrundstück. Das Fabrikgebäude wurde im Loftstil zuletzt 2025/26 renoviert. Sie besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer (Bett 1,80 x 2 m), einer großen Wohnküche und einem Bad. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer haben große Fenster. Zugang durch eigene Haustüre. Parkplatz vorhanden. Küche voll eingerichtet, TV, WLAN, Fußbodenheizung. Die Wohnung ist nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet. RABATTE BEACHTEN

Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.
