Originally built in the 1800’s as a fisherman’s cottage, this charming cottage has three bedrooms (one king and two twins, one twin is ensuite), a family bathroom, and a cosy lounge with a woodburner. The fully equipped kitchen has seating for six and a woodburner. Enjoy the snug’s sea views, or relax outside in the waterfront seating area just a metre from the waves—perfect for spotting dolphins and relaxing by the sea.

Spacious and bright, this reasonably priced flat has partial sea views from every window. Conveniently near the Royal Tarlair and Duff House Royal golf courses as well as the RSPB at Troup Head. The picturesque fishing villages of Crovie, Gardenstown and Pennan (location for the filming of Local Hero) are nearby. Macduff has supermarket, bakery, post office, chemist as well as pubs, takeaways and a restaurant. Banff with its sandy beach, historic Duff House and whisky distillery.

Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
