Sat on an 11 acre croft, it has views encompassing the sea to the South and the amazing coastal cliffs and stunning mountains to the West. What an idylic place to relax and base your scottish holiday from. With low levels of light pollution, a clear galaxy of unbelievable stars and planets look as though they can be reached for. Sitting on the terrace at night is one of the most breathtaking experiences we have seen. Also, as south facing, the sunsets and sunrises are also a memory in the making. You may also experience the Tornado jets fly over as they are based at RAF Lossiemouth. So many experiences and sites to visit on a 30 mile radius from here, from Golspie, Wick, John O' groats, Dunnet Head, Thurso and many more.. Not to be missed. See our 'Things to do' tab above.

Morven Pod is situated next to Stroma Pod in the rural village of Auckengill in Caithness, five miles south of John O'Groats. Morven Pod has sea and countryside views. The shower block is just a few steps away and Morven Pod has it's own shower, toilet and sink within the block so no shared facilities! All bedding and towels are provided as well as complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk and breakfast cereals. One small or medium size dog is allowed. We do not have WiFi.
