Charmante Kombination aus ruhige Lage und nahen Zielen wie Kloster, Wein und Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung NICHT für Kleinkinder geeignet.

For a little break. This quiet and centrally located accommodation has been freshly renovated. The small attic apartment has air conditioning so that it remains pleasantly cool even on hot days. Bakers & butchers are just a few minutes' walk away, and a supermarket is just a ten-minute walk away. On the outskirts of the settlement overlooking forest, meadow and horse paddock. The small kitchen is equipped with a sink, coffee maker, microwave, kettle & a double hotplate for small hunger.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

We cordially invite you to our place in the country. Here you can enjoy nature and tranquility. Take excursions to the vineyards and the Steigerwald. End the evening in the spacious garden. In order to completely relax, the private sauna can be used once for FREE (each additional time costs €10). Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.
