Zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten, wunderschöne Naturseen und Radwege finden sich in nächster Umgebung. Die Skiwelt "Wilder Kaiser" ist nur 20 km entfernt. Die Wohnung erreichen sie über einen eigenen, seperaten Eingang.

Der Bauernhof liegt in ruhiger Alleinlage. Auf dem Hof gibt es nur zwei Ferienwohnungen und auch ein paar Islandpferde und Schafe haben hier ihr Zuhause.
