The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed. In the living room there is a 90 x 190 bed next to the sofa. In the courtyard there are some cozy seating areas. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. In the courtyard there is a parking space available for your car.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Dear guests, here is some information: Bright attic studio between Egge Mountains and Weser Uplands with nice views. It consists of a living-kitchen-sleeping area and separate bathroom. You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. Vacation home "Alte Schmiede"

Stay in the completely renovated upper floor of a historic brick house in the heart of Eissen in 2021. The former girls' school of the village was then used for years as a forge and locksmith's shop. You can still feel the rustic flair, because the workshop on the ground floor is still active at times. Separately accessible via an external staircase, you can reach the spacious apartment with an open concept. The living space is about 80 square meters.
