The cozy, 25m² apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet location at the entrance to Hüls. Good transport connections to e.g. Duisburg, Venlo, Düsseldorf MESSE, Neuss. 1 combined living room/bedroom (140cm bed), 1 hallway with wardrobe, 1 bathroom (shower, toilet) and 1 kitchen (all things for daily use available). The door is lockable. 1 office chair for home office can be provided. There is 1 small table with 2 chairs in the front garden. English and French spoken. Welcome!

The rooms (38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/bedroom, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washing machine and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people possible at an extra cost. Reservations only with ID verified.

Cozy apartment on the Lower Rhine 2

Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. A terrace for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp carefree. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Hi, wir sind Fabian und Joanne, zwei Hotelfachleute aus der Luxus-Hotellerie. In unserem Zuhause haben wir zeitweise Platz und möchten diesen mit Euch teilen. Euer home away from home befindet sich im Herzen Schiefbahns am Niederrhein. Schiefbahn hat eine eigene Autobahnausfahrt und ist somit ideal an Düsseldorf City, Flughafen und Messe (20 Minuten), Mönchengladbach (15 Minuten) und Krefeld (20 Minuten) angebunden. Thanks to the excellent connection, you can be in Düsseldorf in less than 20 minutes. Supermarkets are within walking distance, and the fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook – perfect for a relaxing break!

Pretty 2-room apartment

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 has to be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.
