Beachfront holiday rental in Wilmington

Matthew's place was awesome! Very close to the beach and near the main hub of Carolina Beach where you can get food and drinks!

Overall, this was a great experience. She had clear instructions and was very responsive. The place was a short walk from the beach and it was cute and cozy!

Kimberly is a super-duper host. Her apartment was over-the-top clean, spacious, and well stocked with all kinds of kitchen wares and all the usual items you need on day one so you don’t have to dash to the grocery. And the location is the best, I think, in Carolina Beach. The building is new, modern, and quiet. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants, the Boardwalk, and all through the old neighborhoods. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Had a great time at this condo! Robin was super friendly and proactive when it came to communication. The condo has a gorgeous view from the balcony, and parking was plentiful and easy to access for a majority of the stay. Great selection of local businesses within 10-15 minute’s walk, easy beach access, the works. Would rent again

Cottage 3 is located in the back of property and has a small fenced yard where you can let the dogs use the bathroom. Be aware other guests may also use the yard which takes away some of the privacy as it’s about 15ft away from your door. Perfect location, you never really need your car as you are within a 5-10 minute walk to the boardwalk. The space is fine for 2 adults and 2 dogs, if you will mostly be out and about. It was perfect for our beach trip 👍

The space was perfect for everyone who stayed, it was a little noisy with the live music nearby but we knew what we were getting into celebrating a birthday and a proposal. It was so nice being able to walk straight to the beach. Plus the parking was great

Location, location, location! Can’t beat the proximity to the beach and restaurants. 5 min walk to the beach/pier with bathrooms and showers. We also brought our bikes and loved biking to any restaurants. There were two bikes at the airbnb as well! The place was just as described and had all the basic amenities, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was great for a few nights stay but you would need to bring more with you for a longer stay like kitchen items. The place (bottom unit) was a lot larger than we thought it was going to be. The place was friendly and had a fenced in yard, but you need to walk from the front door to get to the backyard. The yard was small but has a lot of potential. The inside was super clean but could use a few upgrades like caulking in the bathroom and kitchen. The beds were not the most comfortable but fine for a short stay. We also loved the water access at the end of the street!

My husband and I came down for a quick couple days get away, and it was a perfect place to stay! Convenient to everything, steps from the beach, and very private and quiet. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool after spending a couple hours on the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo with the boardwalk in walking distance and ocean front. Loved the rooftop lounge chairs, private and quiet. Pool was clean and relaxing. Will definitely be booking again!

This is a great location for walking to the boardwalk, and we were happy to have an elevator since our group included my elderly mother and little kids. Beds were super comfortable. Carnival and fireworks at night were great. Warning to toddler parents: our two year old was able to fit his head and most of his body between the rails on the balcony (and he refused to stop doing it), so we had to make the balcony off limits. The bunk room is on the street side of the building and you can hear the music coming from the bar next door late into the night, although our kids slept fine with a white noise machine. The queen bedroom has no windows and was quiet.

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. David and Nikki’s condo was a great place for our family of four to stay for a short week! David was quick to reply to any of my messages. Also helpful, was a binder full of restaurants including their menus and times of operation. The beach was just steps away, and the condo was bordered by two pools, which our kids loved!

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! Lovely condo! Perfect size for my husband and I and the amenities provided were perfect. Check-in and check-out were easy and the private pool/beach access was awesome. Tony messaged me when they were unable to message through Airbnb to make sure I had everything I need!!

Would not hesitate to book another stay! Peaceful, quiet location. Amazing sunrise and ocean views. Found the condo to be clean and exactly as described. Owner quick to respond. Loved the early check in option.

We had a wonderful stay! The place looks exactly like the pics. Nice comfortable beds with great quality linens. Plenty of hot water for the four of us. We didn’t cook, but plenty of kitchen ware if you want to. They even had beach chairs and an umbrella and beach towels. Others have commented on noise. I’m a light sleeper and was never bothered. Beach is very short walk. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The house was exactly as pictured & Beata was so friendly & easy to communicate with. The house was very clean (by far the most clean pet-friendly home we have stayed in). You would have no idea it was pet friendly if you were traveling without four legged children. We can’t wait to return next year!

Michelle was a great host, with clear instructions and an easy to access unit. The furnishings were clean, modern and comfortable. Really appreciated the variety of containers with lids for taking fruit and snacks to the beach. So very close to the beach but nice to also have the pool as an option. Also appreciated the usb chargers. Would definitely stay here again.

Madison was such a great host, she was very responsive when we had questions and her home was beautiful and perfect for our family weekend at the beach! It was a great location and walkable to so many things. We would stay again.

Great beach stay with my son & our dog! Clean and comfortable stay, really enjoyed hanging out on both balconies. Pool was nice and never crowded and beach was less than 3 minute walk away! We would recommend to anyone looking for a nice family stay & hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful pristine breach condo, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything and everything you could think of. There are not enough words to describe the view. Early check in and check out, the hosts were so kind thoughtful and responsive. This is my third summer traveling to SC/NC this was by far the best experience. I not only had a beautiful stay and made beautiful memories I gained a new friends, Denise and family are wonderful. 10/10 recommend. Thank you so much!

Mikes place was very cute and cozy. Centrally located to Wrightsville beach and all of Wilmington.
