Townhouse holiday rentals in Wilmington

We loved the airbnb and the location. We had some struggles with the Wi-fi but Kayce took care of the problem which was great because we had a lot of rain. We ended up only using 2 out of 3 bedrooms but if we need a 3 bedroom next visit we would definitely stay here again. Oh, and loved the big comfy couch!!

David and Kris were terrific hosts! They went out of their way to keep us informed of fun events happening around the island, which we greatly appreciated as it was our first time to BHI. The unit is just as pictured and beautifully renovated. Kitchen is expertly organized and has full array of cookware. The location is central on the island, making it a quick ride to the market, beach, club, etc. The surrounding live oaks and foliage are beautiful. I would definitely recommend! We will be back.

Rob's place is the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation! The view from the master bedroom's upstairs deck is wonderful. Leave the door open at night and be lulled to sleep with the calming sounds of waves. The sunrises are spectacular! The beach is not crowded and there is plenty of space for all your beach gear, tents, chairs, etc. Rob's Ocean Breeze (ocean front) townhouse is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The place is very clean and decorated in a coastal theme. He provides all the amenities you need to enjoy your beach getaway. The private beach access is literally steps away from the back deck. It's about 50 yards from the townhouse to the ocean. The Kure Beach Fishing Pier is just a 1/2 mile walk from Rob's place. Once you've arrived at the pier, you can browse through the pier's gift shop before heading out to the town of Kure Beach where you can eat at one of the town's local restaurants. The vibe at Kure Beach is fun and festive!

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

This is the 2nd consecutive year we’ve stayed here for our annual girls trip! We usually go to a different beach each year but we came back to Kure because we liked this house so much. I really can’t say enough good things about it. Super convenient to the beach so our group can come and go as they please. It’s very comfortable, clean, spacious and we feel very safe here. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but this year we drove 10 minutes to Carolina Beach which was also very easy and convenient. Michelle is very communicative and responsive. Couldn’t ask for a better host!

Robyn’s place was everything we asked for and needed for our yearly family vacation to Kure beach. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Being steps away from the ocean made this stay so special. The balcony upstairs was a wonderful bonus for early morning coffee and watching sunsets. This was our 2nd family vacation on Carolina Beach. Our family rented 2 places close to each other. This rental was very clean and nicely decorated. It was comfortable for 7 adults and 2 dogs. We hosted dinners for 20 easily. The elevator was nice for loading/unloading the cars. Had 1 issue with the front door lock, which Connie & Joe fixed the next day.

5 Star stay for long weekend. Pictures display a truly classy comfy townhouse that smells lovely and has everything you need. Bedrooms are spacious and linens are very comfortable. Perfect home with perfect location to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Easy and clear instructions for check in and check out. Thank you John and Katie for our enjoyable experience. Looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend.

Our family of 6 loved everything about our stay at Damara and Birch's townhome!! The close walkable access to the beach was great!! The location of the pool next to the house was tremendous! The home felt like our very own house! We will be back...a lot and highly recommend staying here!!! Thank you Damara and Birch! Outstanding stay!!

This location and property was by far the best we’ve stayed at in Wrightsville beach and would highly recommend it. Private beachfront access was so helpful when traveling with a toddler having the flexibility to run back and forth to the house easily. It was also walkable to a great coffee shop which we frequented many times . Look forward to coming back next year !

We had a great stay here! The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. It’s a great location in Carolina Beach- just a short walk to the beach via the public access walkway. The kitchen was very well- appointed. We had everything we needed for cooking our meals! The only hiccup was the hot tub- it required cleaning before using. But as soon as we notified the owners, they scheduled the cleaning for the next morning and all was good. Pool and hot tub were great!

This is our second time staying at Kathy’s place , we absolutely love it ! The home is warm and inviting and Kathy goes out of her way to make sure all of your needs are met , she is the perfect host , and extremely accommodating!! We will be back next year !!!

We had a wonderful time at 18 Oceanic! It’s convenient to food/shopping/coffee as well as steps to the ocean. The home had phone and watch chargers everywhere and was stocked with all essentials (and some extras!) in the kitchen and bathrooms. We can’t wait to go back next year😊

fantastic stay. House was everything we needed for the weekend. everything was clean and comfortable. I particularly liked that there was no clutter. It is decorated tastefully. we liked being able to have our dogs with us but not feeling like we were in a "dog house". everything was extremely clean, higher than industry standard for sure. The host was very kind and helpful. very flexible with check-in and checkout which made our trip even nicer. a great day and would definitely recommend this place

Beautifully decorated home that felt like a new home, with quality finishes like we are used to in our own home. Rachel was very easy to work with and when we asked if there was a griddle for pancakes, she said if there was not she would order one. When we arrived there was a new griddle in the pantry. The separate spaces were great for our multi generation family of 9. The main living floor was large enough for all of us, with a great open kitchen to cook in. The decks with a view of the ocean were a great place to wake up to start the day and wind down in the evening.

Alessandra and Glen’s place was perfect for our girls trip. It was conveniently located by Wilmington Beach and not too far from Carolina Beach. Everything was as described and we appreciated the ease of checkout. If we are ever in town again, we will for sure try to come back here.

Great find! Lori was so helpful, friendly, and the house was amazing!! Ocean view from 3rd floor balcony. Game room was a huge hit with kids! Everyone had their own space, and felt right at home! Thank you for the memories!!

Everything was great! Reminds me of a townhome I used to live in only not at the beach. The house was very clean. Good size refrigerator if you plan on bringing food to store. Fully stocked kitchen. Very large tv in the living room. Overall great place and we had a good time for our family vacation. Host responded to any questions we had.

Our time at this Airbnb was overwhelmingly positive, and we found it to be a genuinely helpful base for our beach trip. The convenience factor was truly a highlight. Having a laundry basket available was a small but impactful detail, and the washer and dryer were remarkably modern and efficient, making it easy to refresh our clothes after sandy days. The property's short distance to the public beach access. Moreover, the cleanliness of the space was exceptional, and very comfortable environment. The only minor aspect that wasn't ideal was the lack of closet access in the owner's room, which made hanging up longer dresses a bit challenging. This property stands out for its responsive host, its cleanliness, and its great location.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The first time was a corporate outing and this time for my daughters graduation. Great location, clean beautiful house great accommodations. House is very well prepared for any occasion.

We absolutely loved our stay at Amy’s Lumina’s Lion!!! It was the perfect spot for our day family of 7 (3 boys aged 6, 4, 4, mom, dad and grandparents). The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I have ever stayed at with AirBNB. They thought of all the little details: step stool for kids, booster seat, games, beach chairs, boogie boards, plenty of towels, etc.). It was quiet and clean and accessible to everything we wanted to do. Comfy beds and plenty of linens. We will definitely be back when we come back to Wilmington!!

We had a great time at Brian’s place! It was great to have a pool option and be so close to the beach. Also having toys, wagon, chairs and a sun ninja were key to our ability to stay out in the beach longer. The inlet view from the balcony was very peaceful. Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed our week at this lovely home in South Topsail! It has a great floor plan, upscale and very comfortable furnishings and beds, and peaceful, beautiful surroundings. This home comes with what many others don’t, including a well-stocked and organized kitchen for easier meal prep, extra blankets/throws in each bedroom, a storage shed containing good quality beach equipment, a short walk to two different beaches, and highly responsive and helpful hosts who are happy to answer questions and assist with tips on the area. Mara and Barry have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into setting their guests up for a great vacation. In addition to enjoying this beautiful island, we took advantage of proximity to some memorable experiences within an hour’s drive, such as touring the fascinating Battleship North Carolina, exploring the historic Riverwalk area in Wilmington, and visiting the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue. This would be our top choice for another stay on Topsail.
