Just over 2 miles to Wrightsville Beach or about 5 miles to historic downtown Wilmington. Access to our dock on Hewlett’s Creek to sit and relax or launch your kayak or paddle board. Charming Guest House - Dog Friendly - Parking

Welcome to our charming guest house in historic Carolina Place! The house has plenty of seating, a fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Upstairs is a bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom & laundry. This amazing location is a short drive to downtown and is walkable to the bars, restaurants & shops in the Cargo District! We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are approved in advance for a $75 pet fee per dog that will be charged separately after booking.

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.
