You will experience to stay in historic home, feel an atmosphere of old Wilmington. It is cozy, quiet, private. You will have a complete privacy ( only a laundry room is shared with three tenants. It is located in the deck next from your front door). You can park you car in the back parking spot, free and secure, in a few feet away from your apartment. All Downtown is waiting for you in walking distance, three blocks away. Everything is clean , neat , and newly renovated. Welcome!!!!
