If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still be in Bautzen quickly, you've come to the right place. The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining room, which invites you to cook and linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. Gutshof Doberschau - Manor Apartment

The manor apartment is located on the 1st floor of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. The original doors have been lovingly refurbished. Spacious rooms tell of a time when the landowners used these rooms.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

I offer a clean apartment in a quiet location (directly opposite the police). The apartment is a shared hallway. You have the apartment for yourself and all the sanitary facilities. The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking is available either in a public car park a few meters from the building or directly under the windows of the apartment. A 5 minutes walk to Penny or Tesco, as well as to the city center or the Šluknov park or bus stop. We look forward to you.

Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.
