Waldaue

On the edge of an idyllic courtyard in the Westerwald lies our location Waldbach – with a wide view over meadows and forests as far as the eye can see. In the background, the gentle sound of a small stream accompanies you - your soundtrack to slow down. Hiking trails through forest and field start directly from the cabin. The surroundings can also be explored wonderfully by bike. In the evening you sit on the terrace or by the fire – with a wide view of nature and the feeling of being completely at one with yourself.

The coach house

The coachman's house has been lovingly renovated and now combines the charm of an old house with its 'rough edges' with the comfort of a modern accommodation. It offers plenty of space indoors and outdoors. For those seeking peace and quiet, the large meadow by the stream, which you can reach with a few steps over the barely traveled road, offers an ideal place to relax. Children can discover and romp around here. You can barbecue or make a campfire, a terrace offers protection from rain and sun.

Apartment with terrace spots

The apartment on the first floor is located on a hill near Rosbach quietly at the end of the settlement. Walking paths in the picturesque surroundings are 5 minutes away and in the lovingly maintained garden a terrace with a view is reserved for guests. Access to the garden is from the parking space. We live on the ground floor of the house and look forward to meeting you or a friendly greeting in the garden. We are hosting again because we have had wonderful experiences with travel ourselves.

Historical House in Schladern

Close to the Sieg river and waterfall, our home was built in 1897 by Elmore's for the company gardener. In 2010 we acquired this historical property and have been slowly and lovingly restoring it ever since. We have made many happy memories with friends and family here and have seen our children grow up along the way. We're now happy to offer our home comprising two double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, winter garden, living and dining room for others to enjoy and love as much as we do.

Recreation and relaxation in the quietly located Haus Weißdorn in Windeck, on the outskirts of Dattenfeld. The 50 m² house with sun terrace and garden can accommodate 5 people. It consists of a large living and dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a shower room. Enjoy the tranquility of nature in the immediate vicinity of the Sieg, just an hour's drive/train ride from Cologne or Bonn. The ideal place to slow down and a picturesque starting point for hikes through the Siegtal.

Close to nature in a beautiful house with a garden / 10 beds

The old house is located in a small village on the edge of the Bergisches Land, a stone's throw from the Westerwald. The house has been renovated in recent years, only the facade is still missing. There are six rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room in the attic and a large property (about 2,000 m²). The cottage is quietly located on the outskirts of a 300-person village, there is no thoroughfare, the main sounds are the occasional bleating of the neighbor's sheep.

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

There's nothing here but lots of nature! For hiking or cycling, you have a perfect starting point from our AirBnb (20 sqm with private bathroom), but it is also great to just snuggle in for a weekend. You need a car here! Ruppichteroth lies in the wooded hills of the Bergisches Land, near Siegburg / Bonn / Cologne. The idyllic landscape offers an incentive to linger relaxing and a variety of opportunities for sports activities (hiking, cycling, horseback riding, kite flying, canoeing/kayaking on Bröl and Sieg in every season).

The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Whether it's hiking in the wonderful nature, cycling, sailing, golfing, skiing - Bamenohl is worth a visit.
