Thanks to the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday apartment can accommodate 4 people. From a spacious terrace you have a wonderful view of the Traunstein, Traunsee and the surrounding mountains. The holiday apartment is surrounded by greenery and is the perfect starting point for excursions in the Salzkammergut. Important: - The nearest supermarket is 3 kilometers away. - The house is located on a mountain at an altitude of 500 meters and can only be reached by car. - Me and my children live on the floor above the holiday apartment. - I own a dog, but it is child-friendly. -For the city of Altmünster, a tourism expense of 2.40 euros per night and person is paid, which is already included in the price and is not charged additionally. -Cleaning costs are included in the price

Schärhaus Studio is located on the first floor and is suitable for 2 to 4 people to stay overnight.The apartment was fully renovated in 2024 and has a bedroom with a sofa bed (160cm wide).The loft bed (double bed, 160 cm wide) can be reached via the stairs.The height of the loft bed is about 135cm.In addition, the apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen.Includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.The modern bathroom has an accessible shower and toilet.There is also a separate, lockable room for storing bikes and ski gear.All windows face the yard.There is also a parking space in the yard.

Kick back and relax in this calm, rustic space on the edge of Steyrling surrounded by mountains, forests, rivers and lakes. The apartment is fully equipped, from the dishwasher to the gas grill to the hand blender. With sauna, garden, lounge. It is 3 minutes by car to the reservoir. The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). The inn and village store are a 5-minute walk.

The apartment, renovated in 2017 and 2025, is fully equipped; 56 m². From the apartment, garden and balcony you have 360° panoramic views of the mountains and forests. In Spital am Pyhrn, just 3 km away, you will find all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. A private storage room, playground, stone barbecue, garden furniture, wallbox 11 kW are provided. The Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard is provided free of charge by us (valid from early May to late October).

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available.
