From this accommodation you are in no time at all in all important places of interest, such as hiking trails in the vineyards or local restaurants and shops. The boat is located near the center of Winningen and is stylishly and comfortably furnished with a small bathroom, kitchen, dining area and sofa. 2 bedrooms each with a bed for 2 people.

The apartment is centrally located in Winningen. You can spend your free time, for example, in one of the wine taverns or with bike tours in the Moselle Valley. Thanks to the good connection to the A61 (5 min drive to the exit/entrance), the apartment is also suitable for those passing through.

You will feel comfortable in the apartment because everything is available and geared towards a pleasant stay. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes from the nearby bus stop. From there, walk to the Deutsches Eck, cable car and fortress. The fortress offers a lot - like a breathtaking view of Koblenz and more.

The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. This gives the open architecture its special style as well as its friendly and unique character.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.
