Allison was really amazing and had clear instructions, the room was perfect and right in downtown winter park

We decided to pack our bags and head to Colorado for Spring Break! As a family of 4 this spot was perfect! Allison was incredibly helpful and so responsive. The condo was just perfect, clean, had everything needed to cook and relax. My girls loved playing outside in the snow by the stream! I can always appreciate an Airbnb that has those small extra touches as well ( a jar of hair ties goes a long way!) We had such great weather and snow my husband wanted to sneak one last ride in and Allison gave us a late check out before our next stop, Steamboat Springs! Thanks again for sharing your home. We will definitely book this spot again!

Devon, was a wonderful host. The condo was beautiful, completely renovated and the location was phenomenal with ski in/out door right next to the ski lockers making it very convenient. The condo had everything we need and Devon was great in answering all of our questions on a timely manner

This was the perfect spot for a weekend spent skiing at Winter Park! The location was great, easy access to the main village and lifts via shuttle, ski in/ski out/ free parking lot with a lift to the village area. We also appreciated how peaceful and quiet the area was at night. The unit itself was spacious for two people and luggage. The murphy bed was very comfortable and the shower had great hot water and good water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to make breakfasts and quick snacks. Plenty of options for parking outside or in the garage. We especially liked having the option of using the hot tub after a day of skiing to relax. We would definitely stay here again on our next ski trip to Winter Park!

We had a great time in Winter Park. Skied 9 days. Billy's condo was right on the Lift Bus Route--very convenient. The hot tubs were great! Everything was as advertised. We would stay there again.

Trish was a wonderful host. Very accommodating for our needs. She was thorough in her check in and out instructions. The place was cozy and had all we need. It was located in walking distance to the rec room and a very short drive to Safeway. Awesome stay!

This was a beautiful place to stay, it was only my fiancé and I and it was the perfect size! How made it incredibly easy to book and check in, we drove 13 hours straight and it was so nice to have someone work with us on check in time. Very descriptive and accommodating. The apartment came with dishes we could use and some snacks. ! We weren’t in the room much, but when we were it was very cozy.

this is the third or fourth time now that I stayed at Sandra's place and I love it every time. I always make sure I look to see if it's available when I'm headed back up to Granby. I highly recommend it. great place to stay. it's decorated so cute. I just love it. And only 20-30 minutes to recommend national Park which is fantastic!

We loved our stay in this beautiful, nicely appointed condominium in Fraser, high value for the price and pristinely clean. The scenery and surroundings are so beautiful! Our hosts, Jim and Christine were very responsive to every contact and gave us a great dinner place recommendation, (Deno’s!) as well as an early entry on a snowy cold day that enabled us to get our son sent off to his home, more easily. The bed was great, the deep bathtub was also a plus! The kitchen had everything! We were able to make pancakes from ingredients in the cupboards! Welcoming us as we entered were some candy and nuts and a quite useful guidebook. The fireplace was cozy and the views from the windows gorgeous. We hope to return and recommend this wonderful place without reservation!

We have stayed here at least 4 times and it’s always great! Only thing I would recommend is a Roku stick or smart tv so you can watch from streaming devices. Nothing to get on regular stations and everything in village was closed but we still had a great time.

We enjoyed the place. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great location in the middle of everything. Thomas is a great host. We would stay here again.

We had a great time at Kasias place and we were pleasantly surprised that the condo actually looked way bigger than it did in the photos. It was very spacious and clean would definitely recommend to others our stay was a 10/10

This place was incredible! Peaceful and pretty secluded, but close enough to town to bike or take a little walk. The home was immaculate and stocked with anything we may need. Views were amazing from the windows and especially the deck. Owners were super friendly and easy to work with.

Cheryl and Mark took care of us and all our needs. Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings, and tons of wildlife. We saw 5 moose from the deck (including a cow and her calf) while eating dinner or having our morning coffee. Hot tub, kitchen and bathrooms were super clean. Bedrooms and family room were very, very welcoming. We would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was easy to find and had a modern design with great amenities, including a relaxing hot tub. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a great getaway. One thing to note—while the ski-in/ski-out access was convenient, there were quite a few stairs to navigate, which might be challenging for some guests. Overall, though, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend it for those looking for a well-appointed and comfortable retreat!

Very nice newer place, well kept with restaurants and gas station right below the unit. Was exactly as photographed. A few things to note: the bunk room is made for small children, very thin cot like mattresses, not comfortable for teenage kids. There are not many pots/pans so cooking may be limited. It is located right off 40 so very convenient but you will hear the snow plows in the early morning scraping the street.

My son and I booked the condo for a late planned ski trip. The condo is very comfortable, clean and modern. It has an adequately stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils and spices for those that prefer to cook. It includes a drip coffee maker and a separate bean grinder (I never know what to buy before arriving). There is some ongoing new construction in the area (as of March 2025). I heard some trucks backing up in the morning, but it did not bother us as we were up each morning to ski. Overall, the place is very quiet with very minimal neighbor noise. There is no cable service, so be prepared to stream or cast from your own device using your own accounts. I was able to stream YouTube TV from my phone to the TV. We took the free shuttle service to the resort each day. It’s a quick walk to the bus stop, and we never waited more than a few minutes for a bus. We walked to the area restaurants and shops. Safeway is a quick drive down the street. We would book again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views and well-appointed house. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Whether we were relaxing in the hot tub, sitting by the fireplace, or skiing the nearby trails, every moment was perfect. We can't recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning for another visit. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Elizabeth was super responsive and the area was beautiful. We encountered some minor issues with the community center but Elizabeth was super responsive and communicative to help remedy. The free ear plugs were a nice touch and needed. Would recommend staying here!

My stay at Winter Park was great! The condo was clean and as described. I enjoyed my experience. Will return again soon .
