The apartment near the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Bauhaus Dessau" is centrally located on the short route between Dessau Central Station and the Bauhaus and opposite Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. The paths to the city center and many attractions are short and within walking distance. There are numerous amenities in the immediate vicinity such as a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, organic shop, and restaurants. In the house, there are four apartments and two medical practices, behind which there is a parking lot that is locked at night.

Live in a very nice guest house near the Lutherstadt Wittenberg directly on the Elbe cycle path, only 1 km from the train station and 5 km from the historic old town. Our guest house is about 42 sqm, it was completely renovated and stylishly furnished in 2024. The house has its own kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and bathroom. Since the bathroom in the guest house does not have a shower, there is another bathroom with shower right next to it in the main house, which can be reached at any time.

Additional beds are possible. You can park your car right at the apartment and have access to the beautiful city forest for great walks. You can go downtown or "get rolls" by prior arrangement with our bicycles, which only takes about 15 minutes. However, they are not touring bikes.

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.
