The closed 4-room apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character is 70 square meters and is located on the top floor of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, a free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Welcome to our new Chalet Habichtswald, located at the foot of the Hoher Dörnberg in the Habichtswald Nature Park. Our small wooden house is located in a very nice hillside location right next to a riding stable for Icelandic horses. The property offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the gliding airfield on the Dörnberg on all sides. The Friedrichstein hiking parking lot is in the immediate vicinity and offers access to various premium hiking trails.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Magical view from the balcony. Very cozy attic apartment almost directly on the forest, but only 15 minutes by car from the Documentary City of Kassel. A day trip to the Unesco World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park including Hercules is worthwhile. Great hiking trails (e.g. Habichtswaldsteig). Rewe, Aldi, pharmacy and ATM in the village. Swimming pool and cinema 10 minutes away by car.

Looking for relaxation in nature? Then come to us! Our 40 sqm apartment with direct views of the countryside has a living room, bedroom and bathroom as well as a coffee corner (no kitchen). Outside there are additional seats and a grill incl. charcoal for you. If it needs to be bigger, we will provide you with our fire pit. The 100 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and has separate entrances and a very large eat-in kitchen, which is very extensively equipped. The courtyard, terrace and garden can also be used at any time. Hiking enthusiasts can start directly from the farm. The Unesco World Heritage Site "Bergpark" can be reached quickly.
