Alle Hotspots (UNESCO-Welterbe Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Kongresspalais Stadthalle usw.) sind gut erreichbar. Der ICE-Bahnhof kann fußläufig in 15 min. erreicht werden. Küche ist nicht in der Wohnung integriert, aber eine Möglichkeit der Tee-oder Kaffeebereitung ist gegeben. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank (alkoholfreies Bier u. Mineralwasser zur freien Verfügung!) ist vorhanden. No TV!

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Our apartment is lovingly decorated, located on the 1st floor and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 180 x 200 double bed and in the living room there is another sleeping accommodation, a 140 x 200 bed. Right next to the apartment is a large roof terrace with beautiful views, which is for your use only. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance.

Looking for relaxation in nature? Then come to us! Our 40 sqm apartment with direct views of the countryside has a living room, bedroom and bathroom as well as a coffee corner (no kitchen). Outside there are additional seats and a grill incl. charcoal for you. If it needs to be bigger, we will provide you with our fire pit. Bicycles and children's vehicles, there is plenty of fun and real vacation flair. Dogs are welcome (please specify when booking).
