It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently, there are great tobogganing options! Shopping facilities are available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !!
