Es gibt in der Nähe ein Stadionbad zum schwimmen und im Winter ist das Skigebiet Koralpe nur 15 min entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe. Es gibt die Möglichkeit ein Klappbett aufzustellen für 1 Kind.

The house is located in the middle of the lake area, between Lake Klopein, Lake Gösselsdorf, Lake Sonnegger and Lake Turner. For hiking, the property is located right at the foot of the Karawanks: with the Petzen, the Hochobir, the Steiner Alps, the Koschuta massif. There is also a rich selection of via ferratas. Cyclists and mountain bikers will not be disappointed with the flow trail on the Petzen and the Drauradweg. In winter you can go skiing, snowshoeing and ski touring.

For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
