We had a wonderful stay! The house was immaculately clean and very well maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. All instructions were clearly laid out, with helpful labels in all the right places—making everything super easy to navigate. What really stood out was the host’s exceptional thoughtfulness and hospitality. When I enquired about availability of a baby bathtub, the host went out of their way to order one ahead of our arrival just to make sure our needs were taken care of. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this place—would absolutely stay here again!

Cassandra is a wonderfully kind host. From the fairytale-like cabin in the woods, to the abundance of hummingbirds and the extremely spacious yet cosy kitchen, it’s by far one of the best places to stay in around Topanga! Cassandra’s hospitality is above and beyond. We will definitely return!

Beautiful home, exactly as described. Very detailed instructions about the home. Very cozy. Close enough to main streets to get to where you want to go, while still being far enough away as to not hear busy street noise. I appreciated that all rooms had good blinds and blackout curtains.

I recently spent two weeks at a beautiful home in Encino, and it was the perfect base for our LA adventure. Tucked away in a peaceful, tree-lined neighborhood, the house offered a serene retreat after our daily excursions. Despite its tranquility, the location was incredibly convenient… Just minutes from Ventura Boulevard, with easy access to the 101 and 405 freeways, making trips to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the beach a breeze. The home was thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, allowing us to prepare meals comfortably, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The backyard provided a private oasis, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Encino itself is a charming neighborhood with plenty to offer. We enjoyed exploring local parks and appreciated the proximity to shops and restaurants. The area felt safe and welcoming, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

Okay this apartment is actually beautiful. Traveling with my bestie for work and we found this place, it was even better than the listing photos. Was perfect for a short term girls trip!!! Super walkable location too. Naj was a great host and text me back everytime I needed something or had questions!!

Spacious, clean, and well kept apartment. Our group of 3 had a great stay. The location was right across the street from good coffee, and there were many food options close by. The bed and linens were super comfy and we were able to get good nights of sleep while there, which is super important while traveling!

This place is definitely worth the pay it was only a 2 min walk from the room! I would definitely recommend to my other friends for future trips!!

I really did not want to write such a positive review because I want to live at this place, and as I’ve found out, it’s very rarely available because of the exceptional location. If you see this place is available just book it. Do not hesitate!!!. Example; if you were at Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive and your friend was at this property you could hear each other breath. The area in general is unmatched. The people unchallenged in any realm of Humanity. Shay the host was incredible too, hence why my Karmic retribution gene kicked in and forced me to share this hidden gem. For the past 6 years I’ve lived in LA and I’ve finally found a place called home. Remember!!! Do not hesitate just book it or you’ll be left waiting months for it to become available again.

I had such an amazing time at Anthea's place. Not only was the location absolutely perfect for exploring Venice Beach, but if also offered plenty of space and was super comfortable. (I also loved the bookshelves, loaded with beach reads.) Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering a stay in Venice, and especially to fans of CALIFORNICATION.

Beautiful home located in a peaceful neighborhood. The private room and bathroom were cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed during our stay was provided. It was very generous of them to let us use their washing machine and dryer. If we have the chance to visit LA again, we’d love to stay at Kristin and Chris’s place and explore more of their beautiful neighborhood.

From the moment I checked in I felt comfortable and so happy with my choice of rental. Christian's home is beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. My host provided fresh organic continental breakfast and the coffe was wonderful and appreciated. To be so close to my family and our new grand baby was amazing. The neighbor hood is excellent and the 3 block walk enabled me not to have to rent a car. In general very close to everything I needed. My room was very comfortable and with the beautiful bathroom steps away! Without hesitation I would love to revisit and highly recommend Christains home for a peaceful stay in Van Nuys!

I had the most amazing experience at Laura's place! Laura is super friendly and easy to talk to. She always has water, fruit, and food for guests. The place is so comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. Feels like home. It's great that I had my own laundry and dryer when i stayed there. The location is perfect, walkable restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Fiona has been a wonderful host during my stay. I was a fellow working at Huntington Library for the past month, and Fiona’s place provided everything I needed. It was close to the Huntington with a 20-min walking distance. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Bus lines and metro to old Pasadena and downtown LA are within walkable distance. There are not many dining options within walking distance but it’s about 20 min bus ride to a few commercial/mixed use hubs.

Thank you Christy for this absolutely perfect stay! I enjoyed my time at this home because of its welcoming and warm atmosphere. The horses decorated are absolutely fun - lol I love horses :) The room I was in had several lamps, outside access, AND several beds! I was able to successfully WFH with the hiccup of the Wi-Fi having an issue one day. Christy was able to fix and communicate with me on time that it was being fixed. Awesome! My bedroom was right next to the bathroom which is nice. There was more than enough soap for me to wash daily with, along with my own personal toiletries. Accessing the apartment was super easy as it was just a code. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future as I felt, safe AND comfortable in Santa Clarita. The neighborhood is pretty beautiful and is adorned by other nice homes. Thanks again!!

It was perfect for what we needed. The room is actually nicer than the photos, which is rare. It was very clean, easy check in, owner, Doris, was lovely. Friendly, warm, but not intrusive. I will definitely book again.

I have never stayed inside someone’s home for an Airbnb—only in separate guest suites; however, after reading Suzanne’s glowing reviews, I decided to take a risk. I am so very thankful that I did. Suzanne greeted my husband and I upon our arrival with so much warmth and kindness. Her precious cat Madam also gave us a sweet welcome! We immediately felt like we were spending time with friends. The guest room and bathroom are on the other side of the house, so there is still a sense of privacy in the shared space. She provided bagels, fruit, coffee, and tea each morning—a true bed and breakfast experience! The location of the home in the hills is beautiful and tucked away, yet a short Uber ride from multiple places of interest. I highly recommend hiking to the Hollywood Sign with Suzanne and her friends. Incredible views of Mt. Lee and fantastic conversation make the exercise not even feel like exercise. I would recommend Suzanne’s place to any of my friends!
