I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was incredibly clean, airy, and beautifully maintained, it felt like a breath of fresh air the moment I walked in. The backyard was a true oasis, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and well kept, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was also conveniently located close to Calabasas, which made getting around super easy. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Christopher was a perfect host!! His place was exactly what I needed this time. The place is quite small, as his ad indicates, but very very well stocked and very comfortable. There is a small private patio to enjoy. If you are looking for a great, very safe, comfortable, very clean place near La to sleep, this is great. If you’re looking for a quiet place with a view this isn’t your spot. If you’re looking for private, 420 friendly, safe, secluded, this is it.

The Tarzana location was perfect for our vacation. We visited Universal Studios, LA Zoo and just over the hill was Malibu. Clean and comfortable house that was peaceful and quiet at night. We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed. The little welcome snacks were a nice touch. The yard was well maintained with an inviting back yard.

We booked Aresu’s place for 4 nights and we couldn’t be happier. The place was super clean and everything worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again if visiting LA Highly recommended. Super friendly host and helpful.

We traveled to CA to see our twin grandsons graduate high school. Since my son moved to the west coast we have been visiting twice a year and we always look for a great place to stay. This was our third time staying at Luisy's place and it once again didn't disappoint. in the past we have stayed at many places but Luisy's has been the best we have found. If available we will be returning on any future trip.

This was the best stay I’ve had!! Everything about the experience was amazing!! Marcelo was very accommodating with a last minute booking and I even extended my stay. The place was exactly what I needed for me and my two dogs. The yard is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The living quarters were super comfortable and clean. I feel fortunate to have been able to stay at this gem. It truly was the best experience I’ve had thus far. Thank you Marcelo and family! The best hosts!!!

I absolutely loved this Airbnb. It had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. I’m very appreciative of Paige and Chad’s responsiveness. They were very quick to communicate and provided everything we needed. The place is quiet for the most part and it’s nearby establishments if you need something or decent restaurants. Although simi valley isn’t a well known tourist attraction, this little airbnb became my home away from home. It was everything I needed to get away from my busy life. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

This was my second stay at Barbara’s apartment in LA, and this time I stayed there with my husband and daughter. Once again, Barbara and Gunther were welcoming and responsive, and their little cat Mau-Mau was a sweetie. I will definitely check to see if this space is available any time I am planning to visit LA. It is an amazing deal.

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Elizabeth’s place soooooo much!!! We were completely wow’s by her accommodation & hosting. She brought us extra fruit on top of providing us with breakfast with all fixings you could possibly ask for our entire trip. Her coffee was delicious & the tea selection was incredible. She even left us a cooler of drinks & delicious snacks after we went to the football game nearby at the Rose Bowl. My girlfriend & I have stayed at over one-hundred Airbnbs combined & Elizabeth was by far the best host we have ever had. We felt so at home with her lovely decor, comfortable amenities, & safe surroundings. This was an airbnb experience we will always cherish & never forget. We hope to be back soon. Thank you so much Elizabeth for everything. We cannot stop talking about your place to our friends, family, uber drivers, ect ect. Your kindness & attention to detail is unmatched. Love John & Fabi

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and set up with everything I needed. The host was and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. The location was perfect and felt safe. I will say the walls were pretty thin and the neighbors could be heard and the door keypad malfunctioned once but the host was very quick to help us get in, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing spot, very spacious Airbnb with large bathroom and kitchen. Location wa perfect- close to Burbank and downtown LA, in a safe neighborhood with a private parking spot and plenty of free street parking for any extra friends or guests you may have with you! Hosts were accommodating and responsive. My ONLY complaint is the mattress - it was very firm, with zero give, felt like sleeping on the floor. We do not like hard/extremely firm beds, so this was not for us. The couch bed in the living room space was also not the most comfortable. The reason I include this info about the bed for the public to read is because I’m someone who is extremely picky about beds when I’m on vacation, I like to feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud or a nice fluffy mattress, which always makes the vacation experience all that much better and contributes to a good nights sleep. This mattress needs a memory foam mattress pad, and then we would 💯 stay here again! Everything else about the place was great!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

What a kind host. Felt like home. Sweet spot with beautiful nature. Awesome location. Be prepared for stairs but that is to be expected at places in Topanga Canyon

We enjoyed our stay very much, the host was very helpful with getting us parked and settled in. Uber and Lyft was running all the time and it’s 10-15$ to uber to the venues nearby. We really enjoyed our stay! Definitely will be coming back when we are planning a trip to LA for a concert.

My second stay here, I had a longer term stays about weeks each time. I returned because of the peace I found in the space and because Joseph and Saeideh were thoughtful and very responsive hosts. The perks for me were the outdoor Balcony, the privacy and the YMCA which I joined for the pool and gym for a very reasonable price ( Spring Sale). Loved how the house was tucked back from the street. Great natural light, beautiful little garden and trees, I was able to get some nice cross drafts with the windows open, but the Central air conditioning was powerful and quiet- On some nights, I used the ceiling fans. Appreciated the extra bedroom to have a lounge area. Overall, this place was thoughtfully laid out with no extra stuff and a small work desk came in handy for zoom calls. I walked the neighborhood - loved the vibe, lots of old trees, cactus, safe for walking day or night met neighbors on my strolls. Only downside was no laundry in unit for a longer stay- But laundromats near by.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

We cannot thank Caroline and Laurie enough! They have a beautiful property, but along with that, I ended up having to go to the ER for an emergency surgery, and they were so kind, patient, and helpful. The garden is absolutely beautiful!

Glory is a very kind host, and the place is very clean and extremely comfortable to stay in.

Cara was very helpful when I had questions and she went out of her way to accomodate me. E.g. I mentioned that it would be nice to have a little table next to the outside chair to hold my coffee and it magically appeared a couple of days later, which was very sweet. I think the windows need repair because they were difficult to open and close but they are working on it! Luckily Santa Monica is fairly cool and breezy so AC is not needed.
