Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

In Rheinstetten close to Karlsruhe. key compartment, free parking on the street. Garage for bycicles or bikes.

Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung in guter Lage (Wohngebiet) am Stadtrand von Karlsruhe. Mit sehr guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ( 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Straßenbahn). Supermarkt, Apotheke und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung bietet ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz und eine große Küche mit kleiner Küchenzeile, einen Esstisch und eine kleine Schlafcouch in der Küche, die aber auch ins Schlafzimmer gestellt werden kann. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

Das Obergeschoss hat einen kleinen Wohn-/Schlafbereich mit kleiner Küche, Sitzgelegenheit und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.
