Beautiful and new complex equipped with all the luxuries with a great view. Filip was flexible with the arrival time and when there was a small problem on arrival he solved it quickly and in a pleasant way for us.

That was the highlight of our tour of Slovenia. Because we were there too early and the room was not ready, we got the waiting time sweetened with coffee and Kesken. The host was helpful in carrying the suitcase and explained the area and possibilities to us. Room was perfect and very clean. Air conditioning was barely audible at night. In the morning, a varied breakfast was offered that left nothing to be desired. Located directly on the new bike path. Perfect start to the day. 10 out of 10 possible points.

Wow !!! What an apartment, it was just beautiful. Spacious , modern and had all the amenities you could ask for . The balcony was spacious and the view from it was out of this world . Looking out over the beautiful lake and mountains.

Great accommodation for 2 people. Easy to find with reserved parking in front of the house. Easy check-in with key box. The apartment was super clean and it really has everything you need. Very fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a filter and a Nespresso capsule machine. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. Everything you need is available everywhere, from detergent, dishwasher tabs to tea lights for an atmospheric evening with a view of the lake, Mittagskogel or Burg Finkenstein. There is a storage room for bicycles in the basement. Very practical but with a note only accessible via stairs. For eBikes a little exhausting but feasible with the ebike push assistance. Drobolach beach is about 10 minutes' walk away. The Adeg market opposite is very practical. Was really a very nice stay and we felt very comfortable in this apartment.

The apartment was absolutely wonderful. It’s beautifully designed with high-quality materials and attention to every detail. Everything was thoughtfully arranged. From the fully equipped kitchen to the spotless bathroom. The entire place was sparkling clean. Even the little extras were of excellent quality, such as branded shower gel, shampoo, olive oil, and salad dressing. Communication with the host was very clear and smooth, and the self check-in process was easy and convenient. We stayed as a group of four, and my partner and I slept on the pull-out sofa. It was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and we even received an extra mattress topper for added comfort. We couldn’t have been more satisfied, 100% recommended! 😊

This was a lovely apartment, suitable for two with everything you could need. The excellent shower, loads of hot water and a lovely sitting room. I appreciated the fan and the hairdryer. Simon is really helpful and friendly and his instructions are clear and accurate. I would recommend this place with its fantastic location.

Beautiful little apartment near the center! We would have liked to have stayed longer! The check-in was uncomplicated and flexible thanks to Dora, the apartment in impeccable condition. Especially nice: coffee and tea were available, so the day started well. Everything was beautifully furnished and really very clean.

Outstanding quality of finish to the apartment, very spacious and cleaned to perfection. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. The overall house and surroundings are beautiful with a short walk down into the town where there is lots going on. Even managed to get a swim in the lake. I was in Franz's apartment for a longer period of time. Communication was always quick and helpful. There is an amazing amount of storage space and everything you need for longer stays is there, including generous welcome gifts. Thanks for that! Conveniently located, within walking distance to a large supermarket and bus connection. I felt very comfortable in this friendly, inviting apartment.

It was very nice in the apartment. It was really clean, well-maintained and new. Unfortunately, there are no shutters, but when I wrote to the host, he immediately organized blankets so that we can darken the windows, he was super flexible and tried to make everything possible. There were 4 of us with a small child. There is a steep staircase, which should be noted when traveling with a small child, otherwise the apartment is really great. What you should also mention is that the upper bedroom has no door. Without children, the apartment is really recommended, with a child even if the child can sleep in the light and you are not afraid of stairs.

The accommodation is ideally located for excursions into nature, the nearest larger city is 30 minutes away by car. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation has everything you need to feel comfortable

Just because we had bad weather, this wonderful apartment was important to us! Guest-friendly, modern, offers everything! Even BBQ on the huge lake terrace! We felt extremely comfortable and will be back for sure! Thanks to our hosts Birgit & Martin. Klaus and Doris.

Before we arrived, we received clear instructions about parking and entering the accommodation. The apartman is clean, bright and spacious. There are many beautiful trees with close to the Drava River and a large park. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and quiet. The center is 15min walk. The place is very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the hosts has always been accommodating. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Recommended

Our stay at Katharina’s place was nothing short of wonderful. We were looking for a peaceful get away and not only found it, but enjoyed the beautiful setting and comfortable stay. Katharina and her family were warm and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. We cannot wait to come back again!

The house was beautifully appointed and included everything we needed. It felt luxurious but comfortable and we would all definitely come back and recommend to others. It was a great location with a short walk to the lake and into town. Thank you Jus for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful place to wind down and enjoy the surroundings from the wood-fired hot tub. Easy walk to town for tasty local food, and a nice hike to the 3 land point. Cottage was wonderful, well stocked for cooking, and very peaceful. Would definitely come back!

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. With a great beautiful glass sauna in the garden, from where you have a beautiful view of the mountain peaks across the valley. A wood-fired hot tub in the garden was also available. Very pleasant during an unclouded evening, with an immense starry sky above you. Unfortunately, trails were no longer available for cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. But with a half hour drive, there were good cross-country skiing opportunities on the public slopes in Villach, and in Slovenian Planica. For beautiful walks you didn't have to go that far. We enjoyed the week in Bach im Gailtal very much.

Zlata and Dusan’s place is fantastic. Nothing short of five stars for the apartment itself and for the communication from the hosts. Dusan greeted us on arrival and gave us some suggestions as well as a tour of the apartment. This is a beautiful apartment situated in such a quiet part of lake bled and having access to bikes was a game-changer. Complementary chocolate, jam and coffee were received on arrival and they even dropped round some homemade cherry liqueur halfway through our stay which was delicious. You won’t regret staying here! My only regret is we forgot to write a message in the guest book, but I will be sure to next time if we come again!

we wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. while GPS can be a bit confused in this area as we got lost twice, the location is so peaceful and beautiful. the property itself is stunning, very modern with great amenities. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna and just enjoyed the beautiful view. Also the next door farm shop had some fantastic sausages and eggs for our dinner. This was the best place we have ever stayed at, and we were quite sad to check out. The hosts were also super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area 😊

The pine nest is highly recommended. The tranquility and the view you have up there is simply unique. Communication was always easy and the hosts respond to every request. The hot pot was just awesome. We will be happy to come back. Petting the sweet Wautzi of us :)

Could not think of a more perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Bled. Incredibly easy check in, super responsive and helpful host, and the place was very quiet and cozy. If I ever find myself back in Bled, this will be at the top of my list!
