Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

This beautiful 35 m² penthouse apartment with a 20 m² roof terrace offers a view of the Pyramidenkogel directly across the street. The Wörthersee is also visible in fall and winter. Pritschitz train station can be reached in a 7-minute walk. Shops serving everyday needs are also a 7-minute walk away.

You'll love my place if you're looking for the original, prefer closeness to nature, love living by the water, and enjoy meeting cosmopolitan people.

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
