Unser Chalet am See (120 m²) hat drei geräumige Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer auf jeder Etage. Zudem befindet sich im OG eine Indoor-Sauna. Der Ess- und Wohnbereich im EG ist ebenfalls geräumig mit einem ausziehbaren Ecksofa, großen Esstisch und bequemen Stühlen. Es gibt eine südseitig ausgerichtete Terrasse. Das Chalet ist mit Altholzwänden verkleidet, welche für ein gemütliches Flair sorgen. Es stehen zwei private Parkplätze direkt beim Chalet zur Verfügung.

The completely newly renovated house is located in a quiet side street, in the middle of a spa area. It has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which 3 bedrooms and the large bathroom are located in the bright basement with natural light. The kitchen, dining room, cosy living room and conservatory are available as common areas. Around the house there is a fenced garden and a large terrace for warm summer days. Parking at the house is available. WiFi free of charge.

Enjoy your holiday in our cosy bungalow on the turquoise Lake Faak. The bungalow is just a few steps away from the private beach and offers you privacy thanks to a high hedge. Whether hiking, cycling, simply relaxing on the beach or exploring nearby Villach - all this is possible on beautiful Lake Faak. Popular excursion destinations such as the Dobratsch and Mittagskogel are also within easy reach. Perfect for a relaxing and undisturbed holiday.

Barrier-free home for everyone, also suitable for the disabled and seniors. Directly on the lake. Beach and amenities are available to all our guests. No washing machine in the bungalow, but possible for a fee and with prior registration. 1 Dog ON REQUEST possible. Only in bungalow 3. Bed linen, kitchen towels, towels are provided. Bring your own beach towels. Due to multiple vandalism, we are forced to require a deposit upon arrival of €250.
