Equipped with a walk-in shower, box-spring bed 180 × 200 m, flat-screen TV, large sofa bed for two children or 1 adult, not suitable for 4 adults, electric blackout blind, as well as fast free Wi-Fi. A fully equipped small kitchen with all the utensils you need, including a dining area for 4 people. The stylish furniture and color scheme invite you to relax and unwind.

Relax in our quiet accommodation in a unique location. Enjoy your morning coffee away from the noise of the city while looking out at our game reserve from the terrace. Right outside the front door, you can start on the kilometers of cycling and hiking trails of the Fichtel Mountains. The spa town of Bad Berneck with its beautiful spa park as well as restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes. Free parking, even for large vehicles, is right by the house.

The apartment "Olga" is located 5 minutes walk from the city center in a quiet street. The apartment (56 m² in total) is located in a newly built, modern apartment building (12 parties) and consists of two separate rooms, the living room (studio) and the bedroom. Apartmá Olga has a balcony overlooking the Elstergebirge Mountains. The apartment is located on the third floor, the house has (as the only private house in Franzensbad) a lift.

Hey dear guests, I am providing you with my private accommodation here. I have lovingly designed and furnished it by hand. I hope you feel just as comfortable and secure in my apartment as I do. Most of the furniture, kitchen and bathroom are original from the 60s/70s. In my apartment there are many black and white photos, Rosenthal wall plates and some Chinese prints. Welcome to our new apartment! This is located in Oberkotzau - in a quiet location. The well-air-conditioned new apartment with underfloor heating is modernly equipped and has a large living and dining area with access to a private terrace. A box-spring bed and a sofa bed with a topper are available. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils (incl. toaster, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker, etc.).

A house with history - Built in 1860 as a Royal Forestry Office building in Mähring, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area. We are happy to share this part of the world with you.

My place is spacious and can accommodate up to 7 people. It also has a large balcony with great views of the countryside, to the summit of Schneeberg and Ochsenkopf. It is centrally located to many leisure activities (nature health park, barrier-free cable car to the Ochsenkopf, ski lift, toboggan run, climbing forest). My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.
