Our hostel Fuchs und Hase is located in Oberjugel, a scattered settlement belonging to Johanngeorgenstadt, directly on the border with the Czech Republic. Pure nature, tranquility, unspoilt mountain meadows and plenty of hiking and cycling trails await you at an altitude of 850 m. In winter, the Jugelloipe starts right behind the house with connection to the Kammloipe and Czech skiing route. Several ski slopes are quick to reach by car. We are happy to provide you with tips on this.

Overnight in the 65 sqm former threshing floor. The building is over 200 years old. The room is equipped with a large bed, a (sleeping)sofa, table with bench and chair and an old wing chair. The large wooden gate can be opened, so that you can look from the bed into the expanses of the green landscape or watch the starry sky. The bathroom is 20m away in the main house and may have to be used with 1-2 other guests when occupying my glass house "Sternblick".
