The apartment is located about 50 m from the sea, with balcony, side sea view. The main entrance to the house is on the west side. The appartement has 71 sqm and directly under the roof in our house which was built in the year 1913. The Railway station is only a 10 min walk away. Also, the center of the city Wunsorf can easily be reach by a walk. A big grocery store is 200 m away. From the small balcony the sunset can be enjoyed.
