The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

Our property is located on a quiet farm in the countryside with various animals. The ponies will welcome you on the way to your bijou. The caravan is cozy and charmingly furnished. Here you can feel comfortable and relax in nature The nearest town (Langenthal) can be reached in about 2-3 minutes. The bus station and a restaurant are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment with separate entrance is in the lower part of my beautiful farmhouse. It is perfect located, a 5-minute walk away from the Rhine, 20 minutes by car from Zurich Airport or 30 minutes by car from Zurich Central Station. The nearest S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The apartment is perfect for nature-loving singles and couples. Swimming fun in the Rhine is guaranteed during the summer.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
