Camper lifestyle & yet in the heart of Cannstatt. Not far from the Wasen. The Neckar and the spa park are in the immediate vicinity. The brine bath, the mineral water fountains and the public transport are within walking distance in max 5 minutes. Cannstatt S-Bahn station about 10-15 minutes. There are 2 beds that were built in a bunk shape, a fridge, a couch, a cooking area, washing/showering is possible. The garden, as well as the courtyard can be shared & in the house there is usually a contact person.

Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Rund herum finden sich viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Erwachsene, z.B. eine lange Wasserrutsche, Bolzplatz, Beachvolleyballballfeld, Abenteuerspielplatz, Kanuverleih und ein kleiner Kiosk. Die einzigartige Landschaft des UNESCO Geopark Ries lädt zu Fahrradtouren und Wanderungen ein.
