Willkommen in meiner Unterkunft. Die Souterrain-Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich zentral in Esslingen. Die Lage ist ruhig in einer Sackgasse. In die Stadt sind es 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bahn-und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der S-Bahn ist man sehr schnell in Stuttgart und an der Landesmesse Stuttgart/Flughafen. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit einer modernen Küche und Bad ausgestattet. Es stehen insgesamt ca.30 qm zur Verfügung. Wir leben im selben Haus mit zwei kleinen Kindern

Our house is located in a medium-sized town called Türkheim. Since the house is on the outskirts and it is only three minutes to the A96, it is ideal for tourists and mechanics. The sights such as the Allgäu mountains, Füssen, Schwangau and the royal castles can be reached within 50 minutes by car. The state capital of Munich and its highlights are also a 45-minute drive away. After a busy day, the place also offers various restaurants and ice cream parlors.

Guthmann vacation farm

Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. For your children, there are many play opportunities, animals to pet or even a ride on the Tregger. Breakfast on request (extra charge)

Holiday Appartment "Hüttenzauber"

Our comfortable appartment "Hüttenzauber" is located close to the historical citicenter of Dinkelsbühl. To the citycenter is as short 5 minutes footwalk. Nearby is also a childrens playground (300m), a open air Swimming river bath (200m). The indoor publich indoor Swimming pool with Sauna is about 1 km away. The appartment is in a very quiet area and has two sleeping rooms, living room, fully equiped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Small halls in a building over 120 years old made of thick walls and with high rooms in Zwiefaltendorf (Riedlingen). In many parts not/not professionally renovated, therefore visual damage to ceilings, walls, floors, etc. – generally far from a new building standard. Bicycles can be parked in the accommodation.
