This listed and modernized vacation home awaits you in the heart of Sommerhausen. It offers space on approx. 120 square meters for a vacation for two or the whole family. The central location in the middle of the village offers the advantage of short distances (Main, vineyard, cafes, restaurants, shopping, public transport). On some weekends, due to the location on the old market square, our guests are right in the middle of our great wine festivals (for dates see pictures).

The house is just a few meters away from the Main and is completely at your disposal. Direct access to the Main Valley Cycle Path to Würzburg (8 km). Bicycles can be parked and charged in the dry in the barn. Free parking places to be found on the street in front of the house. The pedestrian bridge to Veitshöchheim is 500 meters away. Playgrounds and a restaurant with a beer garden are approx. 200 meters from the house.

Perfect place for a family vacation due to the full equipment. Baby crib, high chair, children's armchair and bath seat are in the home's equipment. The bus stop is 2 minutes from the apartment. The ideal starting point for hiking our own hiking trails, cycling, motorcycling, holding family celebrations, theater rehearsals and seminars or just relaxing.
