Unsere gemütliche Wohnung im Stadtteil Etwashausen bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge am Main und im fränkischen Umland. In nur 150 Metern erreicht man zu Fuß das malerische Mainufer. Von dort aus kann man auf den Main-Radweg gelangen oder einen Spaziergang am Kitzinger Stadtbalkon und durch die Altstadt unternehmen. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss mit Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essecke, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Balkon bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen.

Sehr zentral zwischen Alter Mainbrücke und dem Alten Kranen gelegen, direkt am Mainufer mit ungetrübtem Ausblick auf die Festung Marienberg und das Käppele sowie auf die Alte Mainbrücke und die Uferpromenade ist diese Ferienwohnung der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Würzburg. Das Apartment befindet sich im Herzen der Altstadt, in einem ruhigem Mehrparteienhaus im ersten Obergeschoß. Parken ist u.a. in der Marktgarage oder auf der Talavera möglich.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Right on the Main & in the old town

Top location in the Sanderau: the Main, the Löwenbrücke and the Ringpark are right on the doorstep and you are in the old town in a few minutes on foot. The city beach on the Main is only 200 m away. The university and university of applied sciences are also a few minutes away on foot. The small but nice studio apartment (about 20 m²) has an equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a wardrobe, a bed, a work area, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room.

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.
