Looking for peace and nature? My property is located on the edge of the forest in a quasi-secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski resorts as well as in the midst of the most beautiful hiking routes. You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

Gammeringalm Hunting Lodge

The cabin is located at 1,200 meters altitude on an idyllic alpine pasture. In summer, it can be reached by car via a slightly steeper, coarsely graveled forest road. Those who have an SUV have an advantage. In winter, it is located directly on the ski slope. Directly from the cabin you can start extended ski tours and snowshoe hikes. We transport the luggage with the Polaris on arrival and departure. The cabin is very rustic, cozy and equipped with many loving details.

Expressive, natural-ifted old wood accompanies the natural style of this suite in the idyllic Kalkalpen National Park. Enjoy the quiet country life for two – also suitable for families with or without a dog and cat. The old wood suite is just under half an hour's drive from the Hinterstoder ski area as well as the Therme Bad Hall, the hiking and biking region is right at your doorstep. The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

Loft in Art Studio, Bad Ischl

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Apartment in Gesäuse National Park, Hall bei Admont

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Our cottage is only a little away from the nearest traffic routes (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or just those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon! Equally welcome are dogs who feel "at ease" with us!

Hiking paradise, 13 peaks from the front door.

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
