The very small but very rustic and cozy Paula vacation home has 2 sleeping places in the sleeping loft, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet as well as a small living room and a nice kitchen. The house has a terrace under the walnut tree, as well as a beautiful garden. Due to bed changes in the season, check-in time is generally 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Of course, it can also be more relaxed by arrangement! No pets. There is an extra charge for linens and electricity (in winter).

Welcome to our sunny little apartment with a closet full of books, original art on the walls and a kitchenette for light meals. Worth seeing on the farm: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the YELLOW CUBE ceramic studio. The Kunsthof is located on the edge of the Rostock heath, conveniently on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

Gut Bisdorf – Take vacation, become manor savior

Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

LichtZeit Ahrenshoop

In the immediate vicinity of the Kunstmuseum Ahrenshoop, the elegant apartment LichtZeit offers excellent amenities and a high level of vacation feeling. A spiral staircase that characterizes the room leads to the sleeping area on the upper floor, which opens up the unobstructed view of fields and meadows. The kitchen of the apartment is extensively equipped and tastefully furnished. You can enjoy light at any time of day on the spacious terrace.

This apartment is the oldest part of the listed thatched roof house (1727) and has a separate entrance. It has a terrace and a parking space. During the complete renovation in 2003, the old components were preserved. The old, fascinating building substance such as clay walls, captain windows, and beam ceilings were preserved and combined with today's living standards. This apartment is suitable for 3 people. Bungalow Park Baltic North Star is located in the heart of Wustrow, just 40 m from the white Baltic Sea beach. It was comprehensively renovated in 2021. There are 5 stylishly furnished bungalows for 3 to 6 people each. The bright bungalow of about 24 m² has a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed (width 133 cm), private terrace, a separate bedroom and a modern daylight bathroom with spacious shower.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
