Holiday rentals with a patio in Xàbia

I've been traveling for months and have stayed in over 20 places. Maciej's place is on the top of the list for sure!! It's comfortable with a greatttt mattress, big bed, huge terrace, nice sofa, big Smart TV, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. There is a gorgeous view of Montgo from all rooms and the terrace. Walking distance to the Marina with restaurants, Paseo, beach, town. 2 minutes drive to Lidl and another grocery. I walked around with my little dog at all hours. It's very quiet out, literally hearing crickets 😅 I would come back to the condo anytime!

A charming, well-kept and clean house, with everything you need. The terrace is very cozy and sunny all day long. A car is needed for practically everything, but there is a supermarket and a pharmacy 10 minutes away on foot, and the nearest cove is 3 minutes away by car. There is private parking for guests in the Bungalow. The hosts were operational and responded quickly.

The place is really quiet. Everything was perfect. Keny is very kind. For us, it was ideal to travel with our pet. A 10.

The apartment has all the necessary amenities and very spacious rooms. It's close to everything and very well connected. Adriana is a lovely hostess who gave us all the facilities in the world. He was great with us. Absolutely recommended, both for the apartment and for the hostess. We will definitely repeat

We had a fantastic weekend with friends at Lena's house. Super friendly and attentive host, everything was perfect, both at check-in and check-out, flexible and super understanding service. Perfect location 3 min walk from the sandy beach, very clean, comfortable and functional apartment (even with parking)!! Thank you Lena!

Everything was perfect. The stay, the facilities. Everything was clean and tidy. It is a quiet area where you have beaches and a pool. You have everything close by and the service was perfect. The girl who attended to us was very kind. She gave us all the possible facilities. I would return without thinking

Everything was great, the apartment is small (living room and kitchen in the same room and small bathroom) but the two bedrooms are very good and the beds are comfortable. Very well equipped in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. It has a very large terrace that we use for dinner and breakfast, which makes up for the small size of the living room and kitchen. The Arenal area, where the apartment is located, is the best area of Jávea for me. And the owner is very kind and at our disposal for any questions. Highly recommended! 🙂 Very happy

Perfect view on the most beautiful beach

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

Emily's villa is absolutely beautiful Very stylish and easily accommodated our family of 9 with everything anybody could possibly want on a villa holiday. The pool area and gardens are well maintained and there were lots of amusements for children, both in and out of the water. Handily, there is a very good supermarket ten minutes walk away which was open every day until 9.00. We didnt hire a car and used taxis where necessary.

We had a fantastic week. Lea is super friendly and happy to help you. The house is spotless and is maintained with a lot of love. Everything has been thought of. Our two small children (2 and 4) had a wonderful time playing in the pool. We have enjoyed the tranquility. Recommended: jardin de l'albarda, the Sunday market in Jesus Probe (delicious cakes!), and by car you can easily reach Denia (los banos sunshine bar, easy parking at the beach and nice lunch or dinner here) and Javea. We picked up delicious food (grilled chicken) at La Rostisseria (Denia, order in advance). Then you have several wonderful places in the garden to dine. If you want to dine in a nice place elsewhere, go to Cala Clemence del Portixol (we went to breakfast because of few parking spaces, reservation is only for breakfast not necessary, otherwise it is!). Keep it up!

Amazing villa, fully meeting the expectations as advertised on AirBnb. The villa is nicely styled, clean, has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and everything is of good quality. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and always quickly responding to questions. We definitely consider returning one day.

Fantastic stay. The villa is gorgeous and well worth the price. It was easy to find, check in was stress free and the host was extremely responsive.

Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Totally recommendable! Communication with Alejandro was great, she was absolutely attentive to everything. The location of the accommodation is perfect, with everything clean and with everything in detail. We would definitely stay here again!

Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment.
