Holiday rentals with a patio in Xàbia

I've been traveling for months and have stayed in over 20 places. Maciej's place is on the top of the list for sure!! It's comfortable with a greatttt mattress, big bed, huge terrace, nice sofa, big Smart TV, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. There is a gorgeous view of Montgo from all rooms and the terrace. Walking distance to the Marina with restaurants, Paseo, beach, town. 2 minutes drive to Lidl and another grocery. I walked around with my little dog at all hours. It's very quiet out, literally hearing crickets 😅 I would come back to the condo anytime!

Una casa encantadora, cuidada y limpia, con todo lo necesario. La terraza es muy acogedora y da el sol durante todo el día. Se necesita coche para prácticamente todo, pero hay un supermercado y una farmacia a 10 minutos andando, y la cala más cercana está a 3 minutos en coche. Hay parking privado para los huespedes en el Bungalow. Los anfitriones estaban operativos y contestaban rápido.

El lugar supertranquilo. Todo perfecto. Keny muy amable . Para nosotros ha sido ideal viajar con nuestra mascota. Un 10.

El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades necesarias y las habitaciones muy amplias. Esta cerca de todo y muy buen comunicado. Adriana es una anfitriona encantadora que nos dio todas las facilidades del mundo. Se portó de 10 con nosotros. Absolutamente recomendable, tanto por el apartamento como por la anfitriona. Nosotros repetiremos sin duda

Mieszkanie było świetne – super czyste, nowocześnie urządzone i bardzo dobrze wyposażone, łącznie z rzeczami przydatnymi na plażę. Sprzęty i meble wysokiej jakości, wszystko dopracowane w każdym szczególe. Baseny na terenie obiektu czyste, z krystaliczną wodą – świetne doświadczenie. Gospodarz bardzo miły, uprzejmy, zaangażowany i w stałym kontakcie – czuć, że naprawdę zależy mu na komforcie gości. Zdecydowanie polecam i z przyjemnością wrócę w przyszłości!

Hemos pasado un fin de semana entre amigos fantástico, en la casa de Lena. Anfitrión super amable y atento, todo fue perfecto, tanto en la entrada como en la salida, trato flexible y super comprensivo. Perfecta ubicación a 3 min andando de la playa del arenal, apartamento muy limpio, cómodo y funcional (hasta con parking)!! Gracias Lena!

Todo fue perfecto. La estancia, las instalaciones. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. Es una zona tranquila donde tienes playas y piscina. Lo tienes todo cerca y la atención ha sido perfecta. muy amable la chica que nos ha atendido. nos ha dado todas las facilidades posibles. volvería sin pensarlo

Ha sido todo estupendo, el apartamento es pequeñito (salón y cocina en la misma sala y baño pequeñito) pero las dos habitaciones están muy bien y las camas cómodas. Equipamiento muy bien tanto en cocina, baño y habitaciones. Tiene una terraza muy grande que nosotros usamos para cenar y desayunar, con lo cual suple el pequeño tamaño de la salita y cocina. La zona del Arenal, donde está el apartamento es la mejor zona de Jávea para mí. Y la propietaria muy amable y a nuestra entera disposición ante cualquier duda. Muy recomendable! 🙂 Muy contento

Perfekter Ausblick am schönsten Strand

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

Emily's villa is absolutely beautiful Very stylish and easily accommodated our family of 9 with everything anybody could possibly want on a villa holiday. The pool area and gardens are well maintained and there were lots of amusements for children, both in and out of the water. Handily, there is a very good supermarket ten minutes walk away which was open every day until 9.00. We didnt hire a car and used taxis where necessary.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Lea is super vriendelijk en helpt je heel graag. Het huis is brandschoon en wordt met veel liefde bijgehouden. Aan werkelijk alles is gedacht. Onze twee kleine kinderen (2 en 4) hebben heerlijk in het zwembad gespeeld. Wij hebben genoten van de rust. Aanrader: jardin de l’albarda, de zondagmarkt in Jesus Probe (heerlijke taartjes!) en met de auto zit je zo in Denia (los banos sunshine bar, makkelijk parkeren bij het strand en hier lekker lunchen of dineren) en Javea. Wij hebben heerlijk eten (gegrilde kip) afgehaald bij La Rostisseria (Denia, vooraf even bestellen). Vervolgens heb je meerdere heerlijke plekjes in de tuin om te dineren. Mocht je op een mooie plek elders willen dineren, ga naar Cala Clemence del Portixol (wij zijn gaan ontbijten ivm weinig parkeerplekken, reservering is alleen voor ontbijt niet nodig, anders wel!). Ga zo door!

Sehr schönes und komfortables Ferienhaus mit einem wunderbaren Pool Sehr sauber und für alle Eventualitäten ausgestattet. Unser Sohn hatte die Einliegerwohnung im Obergeschoß mit separaten Eingang für sich alleine. Gute Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück - durch Schiebetor gut abgesichert, allerdings verweigerte die Automatik für das Tor nach 1Woche den Dienst, also per Hand auf und zu machen. Außerdem verläuft vor dem Grundstück eine Straße die in der Woche doch häufig befahren wird , auch weil in unmittelbarer Nähe die Müllcontainer stehen. Der Strand ist in 15-20min fußläufig bequem zu erreichen . Die Costa Blanca bzw. die Strände in unmittelbarer Umgebung sind sauber und breit, so dass in der Hauptsaison genügend Platz für alle ist. Aldi, Lidl, Consum sind mit Auto in 5min erreichbar. Durch die zentrale Lage waren wir in 1 h in Valencia aber auch in Alicante, was ich nur jedem empfehlen kann. Sehenswert auch die umliegenden Städtchen wie Denia, Altea, Benidorm usw.

Una casa estupenda. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Nos gustó tanto el año pasado, que hemos repetido! Julie, Juan Carlos, mil gracias por compartir la casa con nosotros de nuevo.

Excelente Lugar , recomendable para una pareja , muy cómodo . Lo mejor son las vistas al mar y a la ciudad de Altea . Hay que tener coche si deseas ir de compras y movilizarte . Lindas playas para ir caminando desde la propiedad .

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

¡Totalmente recomendable! La comunicación con Alejandro fue estupenda, estuvo absolutamente pendiente de todo. La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, con todo limpio y con todo al detalle. ¡Sin duda volveríamos a repetir!

Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
