You'll love this unique, romantic or family escape. Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

The decoration is simple, the beds are comfortable, 2 of the rooms overlook the courtyard of about 100 m2 in which you can organize your breakfasts, lunches and dinners, the 3rd room overlooks a street without traffic making it a quiet area. The house is located in the historic center of Xàtiva, a few meters from the birthplace of AlejandroVI (Borgia). 5 mn from the Basilica Santa María (La Seu) and the former Real hospital, 6 mn from the leisure area Plaza del Mercat.
