This property is beautifully serene, private and well equipped for a weekend to get away from it all. The host was stellar in ensuring that the time at the property was the best it could be. 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay at the cozy cottage and our son loved the farm animals and surrounding gardens. The space was warm, comfortable and very clean. We loved collecting fresh eggs as fruits from the garden in the mornings, what a special treat!

A truly beautiful experience staying at the Wild Orchid Cottage. It is evident to see the love and thought Pia has put into the place. The cottage is in a perfect location and the surroundings are majestic. Pia could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, for that we are so grateful.

We had a lovely stay! The host was very nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is great—it's within a kid-friendly hotel, and we were able to access the hotel facilities, which was a big plus for our family. Everyone enjoyed the stay, and we'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cottage! Very cosy with the fire and all other amenities. Had a fantastic stay. The cottage is very close to the penguins and close to the town centre.

We had such a great time staying at Lauretta’s Airbnb! The area was absolutely beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. There were so many amazing sites and scenic hikes nearby, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Lauretta was super responsive and helpful anytime we had a question or needed something. Her place had such a unique charm, from the decor to the overall vibe—it really added to the experience and made it feel special. We had such a fantastic stay. The house is so thoughtfully pieced together and Tricia was such an accomodating host. Heater on got arrival, bottle of wine from the winery next door and offered flexibility with checking in and out. Fantastic property and host!

Absolutely beautiful and cosy unit with the most comfortable beds, all the utensils we needed, linen included making we literally just had to take clothes and food. Walking distance to everything we needed our a short drive to anything else. Highly recommended

The cottage was comfy, well equipped, and spotless. Sue and Rob came by soon after we arrived and gave us a warm welcome. The peace and quiet was so relaxing, and the views fantastic.

Judith and Paul’s cottage was perfect for our stay in Healesville with our 15 month old son. The property was clean, tidy and had lots of amenities that were important to us as a young family, such as outlet covers, children’s toys, books and tableware. The back deck and gardens were stunning and provided a perfect spot to unwind. In terms of location the cottage is a short 6 minute drive to the Healesville sanctuary, and a short drive into town where there are lots of shops, cafes and parks. We can see why this property would be ideal if you have a dog! We will be recommending the property to our friends who like to travel with their pets.

Michelle & Edward were amazing. Michelle even came down early to let us in when we arrived sooner than expected. they also set up the cutest little happy birthday sign & treats for my birthday which was truly above & beyond. great recommendations for restaurants & walks were given. Michelle even came down & helped us with the fire place when we had trouble as we are definitely not fire start savvy haha. the cottage had great heating for how cold it gets & is awesome acreage with its own little forest which Edward mowed a path out for visitors to walk through! all in all we would highly recommend & visit again. just a tip for young ones like ourselves who love our Netflix bring a chromecast for the TV or DVDs for the DVD player.

Lovely little cottage, well located. Extremely quiet . Which was the most amazing aspect given the usual Melbourne suburban noises we are used to. The hosts communicated extremely well. I would highly recommend the stay 5 stars 🌟

Had a lovely weekend away with some girlfriends, Vickki had left us with some essentials, which was a lovely touch. The cottage was comfortable and the heating works well, thankfully as it was a very cold weekend. Great location to walk into town, and we loved the character of the cosy cottage. A rare gem—pure bliss by the lake! We stayed one night at Cottage by the Lake, but it felt like a world away from everything. Just 5 minutes from Hanging Rock, this stunning waterfront property features two tranquil lakes, complete with a rowboat and kayaks that guests are free to enjoy. The cottage itself is warm, inviting, and beautifully appointed with a wood fireplace (firewood generously supplied). The upper-level attic bedroom is spacious and cosy, while the well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hosts Ann and Kevin were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We’d be remiss not to mention Jock, the sweetest dog who welcomed us on arrival and came by for regular visits. He loves pats and hugs and truly made us feel at home. This place is a nature lover’s paradise—kangaroos all around, stunning views, and absolute peace. A rare find we won’t forget. Wish we stayed longer. We will be back for a longer visit next time!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Geoff’s cottage. The space was clean, had wifi and heating both downstairs and upstairs. Overall it was a super cozy vibe that was perfect for the cold winter, and Geoff was very accommodating and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay ! 🙏⭐️

A little haven in the country. So peaceful and quiet and just what the doc ordered. Beautifully appointed, lovely and warm as the rain lashed down outside and comms with Genevieve were excellent. Everything was top notch and we’d highly recommend a stay here with the Roos for company!

Mike's house was fabulous. I spent the weekend at the beautiful Healesville Cottage with my grandparents; we loved that it was walking distance to Four Pillars and other great restaurants/wineries. The fireplace was a great touch for a winter getaway, we were grateful that some firewood was supplied too. We loved the gorgeous bedrooms, bathrooms were clean and great too. All together it was a great trip, and we would be more than happy to return. Thanks Mike!
