V ubytování jsme se cítili moc příjemně, zvláště jsme si užívali terasu s výhledem. Hostitelé byli vřelí a ochotní. :)

This is my second time booking at Van’s place and words are not enough to describe how wonderful his places. The vibe is so relaxing, cool and peaceful. There is a painting of John Lenon at the front gate very aptly welcoming you. It’s an amazing place if you want to just relax in peace and enjoy beautiful Yerevan skyline or jam some cool. Van is a terrific guy, always helpful and there for his guests. My favorite Airbnb place in entire Yerevan. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Хороший дом недалеко от центра Еревана. На такси без пробок минут 10. Рядом метро, супермаркет и торговые ряды. Жили 10 человек, все прекрасно поместились, даже остались свободные места. В целом понравилось, приехали бы ещё. Первый день было холодно, но потом дом прогрелся и можно было ходить хоть в шортах-футболке даже при -10 на улице. Хозяин сразу отреагировал, достал дополнительный обогреватель для комнаты без отопления. Но немного о минусах. Берите сразу все тапочки, дом не настолько чистый, чтобы ходить в носках или голыми ногами. Посуду тоже пришлось всю перемыть перед использованием. Слышимость довольно сильная. Если в столовой кто-то громко разговаривает, то, по крайней мере в двух комнатах на втором этаже, всё прекрасно слышно. Из приятных сюрпризов - стабильная горячая вода. Нечасто встретишь в Армении. Обычно очень тяжело настраивать душ на идеальную температуру, здесь всё отлично

Hunan was an exceptional host and this apartment was absolutely perfect! It’s in the best location and walkable to so many spots in Yerevan. The street it’s on is also very exciting and filled with so many things to do and restaurants to try. Hunan was so kind and helpful and came to check in with me a couple times on questions I had, and was also helpful in answering questions of mine that didn’t even have to do with the apartment, but about the location, security, and living in Yerevan in general which eased my nerves as a solo traveler! The apartment was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and had everything I could ever need! I hope to return to Armenia soon and would stay here every time! Thank you so much Hunan.

Liana's appartement was de perfecte ruimte op de perfecte plaats. Ik had graag nog een paar dagen willen blijven, maar het appartement was die dagen al besproken. Het heeft alles wat je maar nodig hebt. De sfeer binnen is aangenaam, ik voelde me helemaal op mijn plaats. Daarnaast was het contact met Liana -voorzover nodig - erg plezierig. Fijn ook dat ik wat later mocht uitchecken, zodat ik de tijd naar het volgende adres prettig kon overbruggen. Bij mijn volgende bezoek aan Yerevan kom ik hier graag terug.

The apartment is big, clean, equipped with everything a tourist might need. 20 minutes walk to the Opera .You could find a large amount of water in big bottles, for the case if is no water. I appreciated it very much, becose in Tbilisi it was no water for entire day, and was no supply in the place I stayed at. Mariana is a great host, she provided me taxi at 4 am at arriving, for departure too. Thank You Mariana, You are the Best!

I had a wonderful stay at Ararat’s apartment! The place was absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can tell that a lot of care has been put into making guests feel at home. Ararat was a great host, and I truly appreciated the warm welcome and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Отличная локация: 10 минут до центра. Очень чистая и комфортная для остановки на пару дней квартира. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый хозяин.

Чистые, просторные, уютные апартаменты с хорошим ремонтом. Комфортные кровати, отличный диван в гостиной. Есть все необходимое: тарелки, бокалы, стиральная машина, кондиционер, утюг. В ванной комнате даже есть ватные диски, а еще нам положили одноразовые тапочки! :) Жили здесь несколько дней с подружками, все понравилось! Замечательный хозяин, очень быстро отвечает на все вопросы. Месторасположение тоже шикарное: центр Еревана, все близко, рядом куча кафешек, оживленных улиц, мест для завтраков и ужинов. Прямо у дома есть и магазин, и лавка с фруктами и овощами. Минут 15 до Каскада. За окнами квартиры - какая-то стройка, но мы никакого шума не слышали (возможно, стройка не функционирует сейчас). Очень привлекательная цена для таких классный апартов. Спасибо огромное за наше время в Ереване!

Perfect location in the middle of the center. The place feels like a hotel.

The stay was exactly as shown in photos and listing. Jbid was a great host, very responsive, and super quick to help. The apartment is located in a nice private area, so no loud streets or anything and a huge plus is the view from the balcony that looks directly at Ararat. The first few days of our trips were super hot but the apartment is equipped with 2 ACs, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom so we didn't feel a thing. The apartment felt like home and was very comfortable, I highly recommend you book with Jbid! Thank you for hosting us!

Self check-in is very convenient and easy to understand. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Hovanes, is a very kind and responsible man who will advise and help you with everything. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I have the opportunity. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend.

Всё прошло отлично, Вахан лично встретил нас и всё показал, несмотря на то, что из-за задержки рейса мы приехали посреди ночи. В квартире есть всё необходимое, удобная кровать. Единственное, бывает шумно вокруг (на улице или в других квартирах). Поэтому, если вы привыкли спать в полной тишине, лучше возьмите с собой беруши – в них было замечательно

I stayed at the apartment for a week and was pleasantly surprised by how well thought-out everything was. Inside, there’s everything one might need—from the basics like an induction cooktop, plates and pans, a washing machine, and even a special hanger with little pins :) for drying clothes on the balcony, to things you wouldn’t normally expect. For example, a strainer for berries or small fruits, which I found especially handy since they’re delicious and inexpensive during the summer in Armenia. There was even an umbrella, which turned out to be a lifesaver on a couple of rainy days—quite unexpected in Armenia’s usually dry climate. Alice, the host, was really helpful. We kept in touch, and she reached out in advance to let me know that the hot water would be turned off for a few hours one day (it was a building-wide issue, so out of her control) and kindly apologized for the inconvenience. The location is perfect for exploring the city—everything is within walking distance.

Great location everything is near by . 3 min walk to central square. Many cafes and restaurants is near by . Apartment is in new building , very clean and same that you see on photos. We arrived very late and it is very comfortable self check in . Highly recommended this apartments.

Esta foi a minha terceira vez me hospedando no apartamento da Anahit e mais uma vez tive uma experiência maravilhosa! Anahit sempre me faz me sentir em casa e muito bem-vinda! Чудесная квартира, близко к центру и в то же время в довольно спокойном районе. В пешей доступности основные достопримечательности, а также супермаркеты и рестораны. Маргарита очень гостеприимная, пошла на встречу с очень ранним заездом, и также с тем чтобы продлить проживание еще на один день. Квартира очень хорошая, большая, видно что все сделано и обставлено как для себя, с душой. Спасибо большое, поездка в Ереван благодаря остановке в таком уютном месте стала еще лучше!
