Very nice place to chill out. The surrounding area is very nice. Apartment is very spacious and just like the photos. Communication with Gustavo was very good and he was always fast to answer.

Fantastic place to stay in a quiet neighborhood in Merida. Ms. Tere is so nice and the other hosts communicated well with instructions or any questions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, so that paired with the AC after a hot day walking around in Merida was heavenly, and I never wanted to leave. Wifi also works great.

Luis and Carlos’ place is a perfect place to stay while exploring Merida. We were able to park our car in the courtyard for the duration of our stay as we had no desire to drive in Merida. No need to as everything worth seeing is a walkable distance. There’s pizza place across the street ‘Pizza e core’ that has a wood fired oven and they make the best pizza in Merida and possibly Mexico it is so great. Carlos greeted us warmly, helped us unpack the car and showed us everything we needed to know. Thank you for you hospitality. The bedroom is relatively quiet because we could exit to the courtyard, and the kitchen and living room separated us from the street noise. The kitchen was simple but modern and had everything we needed, and I could say the same about the bedroom which was roomy and not cluttered with furniture.

Very comfortable the stay, the guys who attend very friendly, the reception guy informed us about places to eat and visit, there was only a little noise in the morning by the guests who had children, but understandable, thank you very much and we will be back soon

Very convenient place to stay, it was close to my family. Clean and comfortable ..only comment is that is just next to a bar that is playing loud music ...but luckily it stops at 21;00

Rene's place was exactly as the pictures showed. I was impressed at how clean the floors were. There's a few restaurants nearby you can walk to and Uber picks you up right at the door. It was very peaceful except for the occasional dog barking but hey, welcome to Mexico, lol. The pool is large and we had it all to ourselves. The temperature was nice also. There's some items in the kitchen to get by on but not ample enough to cook for more than 2 ppl. Anything we needed he immediately supplied and he was very responsive, usually before the time Air B&B had estimated. I would book again:-)

Located in a very walkable neighbourhood with groceries and amenities nearby. Quiet, safe building and very comfortable unit, great for long-term stays. Hot shower and washer/dryer a plus. Gracias por todo!

The apartment was beautiful and the decoration was special, interesting and great. We loved it. In the kitchen a lot of light shone in, making the space seem open and welcoming. It was an amazing place and very peaceful considering its very central location! The location is hard to beat, if you want to be near the main plaza.

My stay was excellent. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a good experience (the internet is super fast, ideal for working or watching movies!). But what stood out the most was the service: they were always in communication, attentive and decisive. Josué, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful at all times. 100% recommended!

Jose‘s Airbnb loft was very nice. I had a good time in Merida. There’s lots of things to do. Jose was always responsive to any problems and I had the only problem might be if you’re a light sleeper the apartment is on a very busy street and the traffic noise and the vehicles are very loud, but he can’t control that

A nice, clean and comfortable space. The easily accessible location was excellent for me. Quiet area, access to the store, Uber arrives quickly. I stayed 3 nights alone and felt very safe. Tania was always attentive and even though my flight arrived very late, she gave me all the flexibility to arrive and enter the loft without any problems. Despite going in May and only having 1 air conditioner in the place, it was enough and I was very comfortable. The kitchen had no light, but he put a light bulb and it's just a grill, but it was enough for me. At night, the entrance is dark and those of us from Mexico City have a certain paranoia about insecurity, but the truth is that you see a lot of people walking their dogs at night. Very happy, thank you Tania!
