Es un lugar increíble, la casa esta super bien distribuida, tiene muchas areas muy espaciosas para convivir, el muelle en la laguna esta espectacular, puedes disfrutar la tranquilidad de la laguna y hermosas vistas… la hospitalidad de Eva muy buena, recomendandonos lugarees, restaurantes, paseos, supers… Pudimos disfrutar de la laguna ya que tiene buena profundidad, nada peligroso… y los kayaks y padle boards super padres para pasear por la laguna!! Gracias Eva, esperemos vernos pronto!!

The home is absolutely beautiful. It was more beautiful than the pics. Restaurants and activities are all within walking distance. The host and owner were so helpful and responsive to all our needs. We loved our time there and felt right at home. ❤️

One of the best houses we’ve stayed in. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and parks. An hour drive to the beach, cenotes & ruins. It was perfect for a 4 night stay - wish we’d have had more time.

I loved this place. The views from each floor were so beautiful. The hosts were also amazing. They helped us with transportation, renting golf carts, making appointments for massages, having a cleaning lady, and to reserve the chef. All of which I recommend you do. Definitely a luxury experience!

Staying at Miguel Angel’s Airbnb was one of the highlights of our honeymoon. The property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful—just what my husband and I needed to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. Miguel was a wonderful host and gave us great local tips. On his recommendation, we explored the area on foot and ended up meeting a lovely local family who invited us into their home for an unforgettable dinner. It was 100% authentic Mayan cuisine, prepared with so much love. On our last night, we returned to thank them and were not only treated to another delicious homemade meal, but also invited to celebrate their daughter’s wedding. We truly felt like part of the family. The cenote nearby was a breathtaking and unique experience, and the backyard pool terrace felt like a private oasis—so serene and perfectly designed for relaxation. If you’re looking for peace, authenticity, and a touch of magic, this is the place. Thank you, Miguel, for sharing this special spot with us.

I was surprised of how well kept is the place. Although it is not a new place, it seems that they case about keeping the place up to date. One of the things that I liked the most is the extra washrooms outside the house. The fact that we had the help of the property manager is priceless. He was attentive and very helpful.

Staying at this Airbnb was the right decision. The place is incredibly beautiful, as i have never seen such a uniquely built compound. The hosts are the best when it comes to communication, since they always replied less than half an hour from any message i sent them. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Just take into account that the road to the compound is very bad and bumpy and that there are a lot of bugs outdoors since you are in the jungle.

We ( my wife and daughter) were there from the 12th to the 16th of May 2025. It's a beautiful place with a small pool, 2 bed rooms, 2 bath, and 3 air cons. It's better to come in your car to this place as it would get better to visit all the places around. Shawn was always there to reply to the messages and I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tulum.

Excelente vista a la playa. Lugar amplio con cocineta y mesa para cuatro personas. Muy cerca para moverse al aeropuerto, a la estación del tren maya, a plaza la Isla, a playa delfines, etc. Sin queja de tráfico en los días que estuvimos. Muy buena atención del anfitrión.

Lugar agradable para relajarse ,alejado de todo, nos tocó sargazo pero no se puede hacer mucho al respecto, a 5 min caminado por la playa llegas a La caleta y está LIMPIO de sargazo siempre ,mis peques se entretuvieron en la playa y en los arrecifes, el lugar es muy cómodo y tiene lo necesario,definitivamente volveremos

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta!, Raquel estuvo súper atenta a nuestra llegada y en todo momento para darnos tips y hacer nuestro viaje más sencillo y agradable. La casa es muy bonita, muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario, súper limpia y con una ubicación inmejorable, hay donde estacionar en la calle y poder hacer todo a pie, pues está a solo un par de manzanas de la catedral, y pocas más del mercado, de la muralla, etc… volveríamos encantadas!

Robert’s place was as described and the photos are totally accurate. The different listings within the same complex is quite confusing and would benefit from clearer names, but otherwise, a great, simple and private stay!

It was such a clean space & just as shown on the pictures! perfect for my husband and I. It was amazing to be able to walk outside & go directly to the lagoon.

Definitivamente el mejor lugar que puedas encontrar en Playa del Carmen, el departamento se sentía como estar en casa, no le hace faltama absolutamente nada, tiene todo, su departamento y las instalaciones de lujo, las amenidades grandiosas, Olivia fue muy atenta y muy amable, caminar a la 5ta avenida era un grandioso paseo, son como 12 minutos, definitivamente regresare! el mejor lugar de Playacar está aquí!

This was such an amazing stay!! Mara was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home 😊. This little spot is very spacious and tucked away with TONS of tropical plants and lights, it felt really magical. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again next year.

Chris’s apartment was exactly as described – very clean, well-kept, and beautifully furnished. Communication was excellent; whenever we had a question, we received a quick response. The shared pool was cleaned daily and was almost always quiet and nearly empty. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back

Highly recommend! The place is super cozy and right on the beach in downtown San Pedro. If you’re diving, dive with Amigos Del Mar as they are only steps away from the house and were great. We had a small issue with hot water one night and Dora reached out to the plumber to get it fixed within the hour. Met the housekeeper too, she was SO lovely! Great place to stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Cancun Plaza! We had a wonderful time staying at Cancun Plaza! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunrise views and natural lighting coming through from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was well maintained and never too crowded. It really felt like a hidden gem in the Hotel Zone! If I had to mention one tiny drawback, it would be the water pressure in the shower—it was a bit low at times. But honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Side note: there is an elevator that goes up to the 6th floor then you’ll have to carry your luggage up and down two flights of stairs to the unit. Definitely got some exercise

Alles im allem eine super Unterkunft - sauber, wie im Inserat und gute Lage. Allerdings war die Kommunikation nicht so gut. Bitten, wie Z.b. neue Handtücher wurden zwar zugesagt im Chat, aber wir haben nach langem warten nie etwas erhalten. Insgesamt würde ich trotzdem 4,5/5 geben. An der Kommunikation sollte wirklich gearbeitet werden!

Our hosts were great! Very responsive and quick with replies. The space was very clean, had everything we needed, just as described and just like the pictures. The outdoor space was beautiful! Two pools, friendly concierge, plenty of space to park a scooter we rented and the Leaf Spa was an extra plus. The only thing worth mentioning is that it’s a little off the beaten path. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the main Street of Tulum. It was a fine walk, but a lot when you’re carrying luggage from the ADO bus stop. There are nice restaurants and bars near by though. It is also close to the beach if you have transportation. It was a quick scooter ride from there.
