Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Zakinthos

First of all a big thank to Martha who hosted us with great professionalism and kindness at the same time. She helped us even for a force major issue solving a technical problem instantly. The place is a great and exclusive location. We will surely recommend.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und haben uns bei der Ankunft mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen überrascht und uns an einem Abend sogar ein leckeres Abendessen mit hausgemachtem Wein zubereitet. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern, sauber, gemütlich und mit einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre. Auch spätere Abende waren kein Problem, was die Lautstärke betrifft. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Bij aankomst werden we meteen enthousiast en vriendelijk welkom geheten. Hoe de woning staat omschreven in de advertentie, zo zag het er in het echt ook uit! Schoon, ruimtelijk en voldeed aan alle wensen! Top service! De host is vriendelijk en was goed te bereiken voor vragen, activiteiten en tips! Met 11 vrienden hebben we een leuke vakantie gehad!

Die Villa Vissala ist einfach atemberaubend! Wir hatten in all unseren bisherigen Familienurlauben ohne Übertreibung noch nie eine so bezaubernde und besondere Unterkunft. Sybille und Eckhard waren als Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Die Lage, Art und Ausstattung des Hauses ist vermutlich einzigartig. Vom riesigen Pool, den Terrassen unter Olivenbäumen und den Schlafzimmern aus hat man einen grandiosen Blick über die Insel, das Ionische Meer und das nördlich gelegene Kefalonia. Das allein ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub ausreichend & erfüllend. Im nördlichen Teil der Insel gelegen bietet das Haus aber außerdem die perfekte Lage, um die spektakulären Sehenswürdigkeiten von Zakynthos vom Land oder Wasser aus zu erreichen. Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr geräumig, sauber und liebevoll mit viel Stil und Geschmack eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist lichtdurchflutet. Wir können die Villa Vissala nur empfehlen!

Carol is a FANTASTIC host - absolutely amazing villa! the six of us had a great time exploring the island and coming back to the warmth of Carol's bar, team and food. felt extremely welcome and Carol went out of her way from start to finish to ensure our stay was as amazing as possible. deffo book if you are thinking about it! This is one not to miss!

The family of 4 stayed 3 weeks at Yiannis house. The house is located on the hill above Zakynthos. It is less then 10 m drive to the centre, Port supermarkets and even some beaches. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Yiannis is an excellent host and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an accommodation in Zante. He has given us lots of advices, recommendations. He replied any of my messages immediately. The house is big and can easily host up to 6 people. Parking is safe in the backyard. The area is nice, the view from the balconies is stunning! Sunrises are must to see) We were provided with basic welcome package though the house has absolutely everything for the comfortable stay. Thank you Yiannis. We will be happy to consider to book your house again. The house, as actually an entire island, requires to have a car. We dined in nearby Taverna Acrotiri on Yiannis recommendation and we liked it. The food and service was really good.

Ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns mit Fragen stets an den Gastgeber wenden. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Nikos' place was better than advertised. The patio/veranda overlooking the port of Zakynthos was stunning and made for a lovely location for morning coffee or evening wine. Nikos was very responsive and he took extra care with providing recommendations that we followed. He was flexible in helping us arrive due to some street construction that popped up ...he met us where we were stuck and guided us in. Very friendly gentlemen. The beds and linens were plentiful and the apt was walkable to many locations but up on the hill so it was quiet. Lovely stay that exceed expectations. Thanks Nikos!

A szállás nagyon jó helyen található Zakynthos városán belül, pár perc sétával a város minden népszerű helye elérhető. A szálllás egyik pozitívuma a saját ingyenes parkoló, ami a város belül nagy kincs. A szállás elfoglalása és elhagyása önállóan megoldható, kulcsos doboz segítsítségével. Nagyon igényesen kialakított és berendezett lakásról van szó, a kikötőre panorámás terasszal, nagyon kényelmes ágyakkal és jól felszerelt konyhával. A konyhában a főzéshez szükséges fűszerek, oliva olaj, valamint kávé és tea is volt. Kedves meglepetés volt számunkra, hogy a Nespresso kávéfőzőhöz ajándékba kaptunk egy csomag prémium kávé kapszulát, amit ez úton is köszönünk! Αργυρώ nem csak szállást ad ki, hanem kiváló vendéglátó, amit sok apró figyelmesség és dolog igazolt. Ha Zakynthos városában keresel szállást, ez egy nagyon-nagyon jó választás lehet!

The apartment was spacious with everything you would expect from a home from home. Our host was friendly and very helpful, his mother is a lovely lady and was also on hand should we need anything. I would highly recommend this air b&b and look forward to staying there again in the future.

We had a lovely time in Alykanas. The airbnb is beautiful, large, and both bedrooms and the terrace have sea view. The sea is a beautiful blue and the area was quiet. The hosts were easy to reach out to when needed but also respectful of our privacy. They and made us feel at home. They arranged a taxi for us, took us shopping the first day when we didn't have a car, and gave us a small tour of the surroundings. They also have us numbers for tours and to rent a car, which went smooth. We got a sweet handmade present at the end of our stay. Recommended!

A group of us, 8 family and friends spent 3 nights in this lovely home in Bochali. it was mynfirst visit to Zakynthos and the house was in a great location, offering peace and quiet while at the same time being close enough to the action of a busy tourist town. the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and there qas plenty of hot water for everyone. Emily greeted us on arrival and made check in easy. Would definitely stay at Villa Emily again. It has openty of space indoors and out for large groups to relax and enjoy their vacation.

Ein wunderschönes, sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in super Lage, abseits vom Trubel mit mehreren Balkone und Verandas. Mann sollte jedoch Motorisiert sein um an die Strände der Umgebung, welche die schönsten der Insel sind, zu kommen.(5-10 Minuten Fährt, je nach Strand..)

Geweldige accommodatie. Alles is goed voor elkaar en super schoon. Het appartement heeft alle benodigdheden, zelfs een vaatwasser en een wasmachine.

We had an amazing time in this apartment, very clean and accurate with the photos. We even had mid-week cleaning. The host was really helpful. Our car broke down she was really helpful and found us a good service where to fix. Overall, i give 10/10

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa villa. L'host è stato eccezionalmente gentile e premuroso, accogliendoci con acqua e altre piccole attenzioni che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Durante il nostro soggiorno, si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, intervenendo prontamente quando è stato necessario chiamare un elettricista per un piccolo problema esterno e persino portandoci una macchinetta del caffè per rendere le nostre mattine ancora più piacevoli. La casa è molto accogliente e confortevole, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il tempo in tranquillità. Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto, alcuni dettagli potrebbero beneficiare di un po' di manutenzione in più, ma nel complesso tutto è stato al top. Inoltre, l’host ci ha permesso di fare il check-out nel pomeriggio, il che è stato un grande vantaggio e ci ha permesso di godere appieno delle ultime ore di vacanza. In sintesi, è stata un’esperienza davvero positiva e consiglio vivamente questa villa

Beautiful apartment with everything you could need. Air con in all room and pool is great. Nearby you have 3 restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance and a small mini market. Would definitely recommend a stay.

By far one of the best stays we have ever had!! The villa was beautiful and had all we needed and more for a group of 8. Harry made our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, he was always on hand with advice, support and goodies. We would recommend anyone to stay at Muthee and experience Harry and Annas unbelievable hospitality. Thank you so much for making this birthday holiday even more memorable. We will definitely be back 💖🤩

We were 8 people and the villa was perfect. It is true that there is a gym on the ground floor, but it never bothered us in any way. The entire space is located on the second floor, which is accessible by both an elevator and stairs. There is a private entrance by car to the patio area, which is large enough to fit several cars. From the patio, there is a private entrance to the villa itself. The patio area basically consists of an outdoor pool lounge area with an outdoor dining area which we kept finding in perfect condition every morning after waking up, since there was a cleaning lady visiting us everyday. She was very polite and always asked if it would be okay to go inside to clean and tidy. All in all everything was even better than we expected and we ended up having an amazing stay at the villa. Made beautiful memories there! I’d say this is the perfect place for a group of 8 people at this price range on the entire island

Absolutely gorgeous property and perfectly suited to a larger group, we were ten guests and it comfortably slept everyone. It had so many wonderful areas to dine too, from a rooftop terrace, to a romantic barbeque area and poolside table, plus two fantastic long tables inside the property. The pool was wonderful, though bracingly cold - I'm not sure how warm it gets in the heat of the summer as it is quite shaded in the beautiful olive grove. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use. My only criticism is a couple of the bedrooms were a little less than ideal due to very steep access or not particularly private spots - one was a curtained off area in the living room. Our host, Anna, was absolutely incredible though, nothing was too much trouble, and she even provided a karaoke machine as evening entertainment for a special birthday celebration! A gorgeous property in a wonderful location, I hope we'll visit again one day.

Our stay in George and Sofia place was a dream. Hidden gem, such a good host I have never met. Wonderful subsets every evening, close to the best beaches of Zakynthos, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Clean bright and cozy, felt like home. If I will comeback again, definitely will stay there too. Hugs and kisses G&S. Thank you for the great holidays 😘🫶

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and full of charming details. Nikos and his team were incredibly welcoming, always available with helpful tips and quick to respond. The villa is in a peaceful, idyllic location, yet still central, with nice views over the valley. The house is spacious, bright, and has a beautiful garden with citrus trees a lovely pool. A friendly staff member came by daily to tend the garden, check the pool, and even brought fresh pastries at times – a very thoughtful touch! While the kitchen isn’t equipped like grandma’s, it has all the essentials. The bathrooms were hotel-quality, much better than what we usually expect from AirBnB. There were some mosquitoes in the evenings, but with window screens in place, it wasn’t an issue at all. Any small problems were quickly and efficiently handled by Nikos, making our stay smooth and relaxing. We had an amazing time and highly recommend both the villa and Nikos as a host!!

We had an amazing stay at the Old Well Villa. The house is fully equipped, cozy yet very spacious, and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. As birdwatchers, we truly enjoyed all the birds around the house — waking up to the sound of the Hoopoe was simply incredible. We even grew quite fond of the house cat, Dylan (and luckily, he wasn’t chasing the birds!). It was also very convenient to have a minimarket and restaurant just around the corner. Overall, a perfect stay!
