Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
