Loft im Atelier Dieses stylishe, gemütliche Loft in Etienne's Atelier liegt am Waldrand etwas außerhalb von Bad Ischl. Kunst- und Naturliebhaber kommen hier voll auf ihre Rechnung. Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

The bus runs through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the Chocolate Factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and the Königsseeach are all just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

Vacation in the countryside at Lake Wallersee near Salzburg

The area is very rural, apartment is located on the top floor (2nd floor), quiet, undisturbed. Surrounded by farms and lots of forest, you can relax near Salzburg and still be in the center of the action by car. Supermarkets are within easy reach, the Wallersee within sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and exploring Salzburg. The Salzkammergut, Hallstatt and the Königssee are also within easy reach, even with public transport.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The house is located in a small residential development with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

The apartment is accessible via an external staircase. There are up to 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate Toilet. Parking is right in front of the house Towels, linens and a hairdryer are provided. In the house is a small shop with Greek products.

Whether a family vacation is on the agenda, you just want to enjoy the peace and sun or want to be really active in sports: everyone gets their money's worth with us! Our family-friendly holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area, yet right in the center. The natural swimming spot at Lake Obertrum, the public beach at Lake Mattsee, and the village center are all just a few minutes’ walk away. But you don’t even have to go far to enjoy nature: relax in our garden, have breakfast on your private terrace with a glimpse of lake view, and smile at our mini pigs and chickens.

Tiny house for connoisseurs!

Start your excursions by bike or car from our blue vacation cottage to the cozy Innviertel with its beautiful gardens, monasteries, markets, explore the Drei-Seengebiet or visit the cultural city of Salzburg, which you can reach in half an hour by car. When you come back, you can cook your own dinner in the cozy kitchen or fire up the grill. Enjoy the view of the pond, the flora and the cheeky swallows on the terrace.

Apartment in Nußdorf am Haunsberg

Apartment (attention: without a kitchen) with separate entrance in a tranquil, quiet village You have your own bathroom and a separate toilet, can share the garden and its seating and there is also the possibility to book breakfast. In the room you will find a coffee maker, fridge, small selection of dishes for all occasions and a mini oven. The dining area with two chairs can also be used as a workplace.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
