With our Zillernest located in the countryside and away from the stress of everyday life, we offer our guests a little break and the opportunity to recharge their batteries. Ideally located at the entrance of the Zillertal, not far from ski resorts and Lake Achensee, it is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, skiing and swimming days. The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. Exklusive Ferienwohnung mit Infrarotkabine! Sie liegt im Zentrum von Kolsass. Dazu gehört ein großer Garten mit Grillgelegenheit, eine eigene Garage und Abstellplätze. Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, der Radweg führt in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbei. Im Winter ist das Skigebiet am Kolsassberg ideal für Anfänger. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es die Möglichkeit, den Tag kulinarisch im Wellnesshotel Rettenberg ausklingen zu lassen.

It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
